*** Foodies take note ***** El Mexiquense has a very broad range of menu offerings, beyond those typical of your average Mexican restaurant. Those that I have tried were wonderful. Their three salsas each have tremendous flavor and texture (not pureed). The staff, while not especially fluent in English, were very attentive. (This is, after all, an authentic Mexican restaurant) I would like to next bring several friends so that we can sample more items from the menu than the 1 or 2 that I typically order.

Wow i cannot believe that this place exist and it is the first time I tried this place. This Mexican ice cream place which is next door to a Mexican grocery store. There is also a Mexican restaurant that is next door to the Mexican grocery store. Upon stepping foot into this ice cream place, I felt like I was somewhere in a Mexican town. Everyone at this Mexican ice cream place were speaking Spanish. The menu is only in Spanish. It was hard to order since I don't speak Spanish. However we did manage to order. The mangonada was delicious. The fruit cocktail container that we got was huge and it was a great price too. Their other ice cream options look great. The Mexican grocery store had a large variety of options. We end up going there and buying a few snacks after we had ice cream. Parking was hard on the weekend, because this place tends to get busy and I did see quite a few car circling around for parking spots

Delicious, authentic, friendly and great decor. We were only non- Hispanics so the place is legit. Highly recommend

My fav Mexican place. Their flavors are so complex, the chips and salsa are hot and fresh and I've never had a bad pick from their menu. They'll help you pick if you have questions and it's a great place to go bc of the delicious paletas place right across the street your lunch or dinner and the grocery store right next door. Get a margarita if you have a DD or an afternoon to waste and you won't be disappointed. The ambiance is lovely too bc they are so friendly and it seems they have alot of regulars so you know it's good food.

I found this place on accident and now it's my favorite. I've only had this as take out so far. The grilled vegetables are absolutely perfect. They're flavorful, grilled, and perfectly cooked. I tried the huitlacoche empanadas and they were delicious. This review is night and day horrible but the food is just so good, I can't think of words. P.s. I think this might be the cleanest Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. The sign on the front of the building doesn't have a light. Nor does the parking lot in general. If you don't know where you're going, you can easily pass it, even using gps.

My wife & I started ordering carry-outs from El Mexiquense early last year, after our frequently visited neighborhood Mexican restaurant changed their menu & removed our favorite dishes. We've since had 3 very large carry-out meals (4 to 6 meals plus apps to offer leftovers), and recently had a dine-in meal there. Service is always cordial & professional, their menu is huge with lots of variety, and we've never been disappointed by our many dishes. Their on-line ordering routine is very easy, and they offer a curbside pickup option. The vast majority of customers that I've encountered during my visits have been Spanish speaking, a testament to the restaurant's high quality & trusted service for their local community. We have recommended El Mexiquense to family & friends, and their dining experiences have matched ours. We will continue to direct others to dine at El Mexiquense, and we will return.

Everything on the menu is incredible, I’m so excited to make my way through it. Sometimes the best things in life are super simple though, and the rice+egg+tortilla+salsa dish has been haunting my dreams for months. Just blindly point to something on the menu and order it, you won’t be disappointed.
