Ordered for pickup today. Two simple wraps. Got home very excited to try this local place and every thing about the order was incorrect and poor quality. There literally wasn’t tuna on the tuna salad wrap. When I called to see how we could make things right nobody answered the phone. So disappointed. Will not be back.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I ordered a Beef Philly cheesesteak and added mushrooms. I received a sandwich with only mushrooms, peppers and cheese! If you don't have the ingredients or can't make a sandwich, just say that or report it so I can get my money back. Then Elaine's hid. Turned off their online ordering and refused to answer the phone. Horrible business practice and mid food. Will not return.

Ordered a beef Philly for $12 and got the saddest looking sandwich I’ve ever seen.

I’m tired of going there and the man has a funky attitude
He wear gloves but keeps his phone all on the counter
He’s grabbing his phone taking it to wherever he’s working.
I went in there one day and a mouse was running all around in broad daylight and the lady was chasing it. She was so embarrassed . We all may have mice whether we know it or not but keep your fridge clean and stocked with good fresh sodas not old looking stuff and customer service is every thing!! If you don’t like your job get another one!! This place needs to tighten up, be thankful the food kinda good and you have the few lil customers that you have
There is most def room for improvement

Ordered online like I usually do because it said it was open today. Go there to pick up my food. It is closed with no reason on the door. Tried to call to leave a voicemail, rang over ten times and couldn’t leave a voicemail.

I don't wanna give up on this place but I went out to this place for the vegetarian option and didn't get any mushrooms or squash on my sandwich. It was still tasty. The bread is good but I was definitely disappointed
Ordered drip coffee, mac n cheese, and a tuna wrap. The drip coffee was decent for the price, the mac n cheese was more like plain noodles in a cup that cost $4 which isn't worth is and the sandwich was plain but edible.

Cute litte spot to stop and get a variety of sandwiches or wraps. The food is amazing and well worth the price which is reasonable. Not a lot of seating if you're looking for a sit down kind of place. Highly recommend.

So great! Sandwich was amazing, and the cookies were handmade and perfect size. Beef chilli was as good as any I’ve had. And I had it all directly from Elaine, who is a real one. Go and enjoy!
I work in the area & was looking forward to trying Elaine's. I don't know if dude was having a bad morning or what exactly was going on but the vibe was nothing of what I expected. He spent several minutes fooling with the door, it would not unlock, while I just stood there waiting to order a sandwich.
I did not realize it could be hot or cold, I wanted it cold, he didn't ask, just but it through the toaster. I had ordered lettuce not noticing they dont have it listed as an option. I dont know what he intended to put on it since they didn't have what I ordered. So, I tell him, , , I didn't realize you were going to toast it & u dont have lettuce, , just wrap it, I will fix it at home. Absolutely not worth $12. Very disappointed, I was looking forward to a new lunch spot, this isn't it.

Listen… I’m a foodie and have done alot of traveling…. THIS hidden gem is one of the best sandwich spots I’ve ever had! You need to try this place 😍😍
Funky little sandwich shop. Fresh ingredients, fun menu, and delicious sandwiches. I work nearby and will definitely be going back for more
I live near Cherokee and this is my go to sandwich shop. It’s take out or patio dining only. They make fresh sammies with great bread and ingredients, and you can turn anything into a salad! I didn’t even like tuna salad before this place but now every time I order, I get the Lainey. My second favorite is the crunch and munch, wrap or salad. Thanks for being a great spot, yall! Keep it up ♥️
I love this place!! The people are really cool. The sandwiches will blow you away. Trashed chicken and bacon is a crwd pleaser!
