When the black women there call you "baby", you know the food is gonna be good. ❤️ Just had the best pizza of my life here, not because its like super fancy or anything, but because I felt like i was being fed home made pizza and wings. It was amazing and comforting, and the cashier was really funny. I wish i could have tipped more. I will be comming again, hopefully less drunk next time lol. p.s. Please get the cookie, its f***ing amazing. ?

My husband and I order from this Elicia's often. Out of the many times we've ordered, we've only had one issue, and they were very apologetic and it was corrected. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. We LOVE their food; the pizza is always loaded, and unlike Imos, their wings are big and juicy. Tasty sandwiches and jalapeño poppers. They also have the best ranch... I don't know if it's housemade, but we always get extra to dip our pizza in (and my husband isn't even a ranch person--it's that good). If given the choice between Imos and Elicia's, I would pick Elicia's every time.

I really miss Alicia's Pizza when I was in Phoenix it's one of the best pizzas I think it's too bad that all the places are closing down

We love elicias! Not always perfect but nothing is. The owner is doing her best with what shes got for employees and we greatly appreciate the effort! The hours are a bit difficult right now but fingercrossed they will be able to serve lunch again one day!!

I used to have a5 star rating on This particular location. Till a couple weeks ago when I was having a really bad day and I was trying to get money on my ATM and in order to get into my bank account I needed to verify my email my email well for some reason my phone was not connecting to the Internet so I had a card credit card that I was gonna use for Alicia's pizza in order dinner which I do regularly from that location I don't live that close but I go there fairly often and I should have been been recognized while I'm trying to get my Internet to work talking to the phone company then talking to the bank then trying to get my app and everything set up and everything lives to where I needed it to be They required me to order and they came to my car and required me to order now order now or I need to leave the parking lot but it's completely rude I've been there several times the guy that asked me to leave is the guy that I get my food from every time completely disrespect

I have been ordering from this location for 30 years my parents even longer.A few months ago I had a unpleasant experience with the woman (I suppose she's the owner) who answers the phone. She was rude but I continued my order anyway because I understand people have bad days. The order was completely wrong but I didn't bother complaining to avoid dealing with that beast of a woman.The next time I called for a pick up she answered and said " what do you want? " Obviously I'm ordering pizza and not cheap pizza mind you. So I said "nevermind" and hung up because I usually spend around $50 dollars when I order. Mind you that's not including the money my entire family has spent over the many years we have been loyal customers. So I instead ordered from STL pizza and wings.Today I told my husband I'm gonna try Elicia's if the woman with the terrible attitude answers I'm just going to go to the Hampton location.I was told "sorry we aren't allowed to serve you and hung up on with zero explanation. So I called back to ask why on Earth that was. He proceeds to tell me I previously cussed out the owner and hung up on her which is 100% untrue. The unprofessionalism is flabbergasting at this location. To not even give me a reason and hang up? Was so bizarre.For the price the food is mediocre and the people running this location clearly have zero concept of customer service. I'm disgusted after the amount of my money my family has spent here through the years they would treat me this way. So whoever you are the female with the miserable I hate my life attitude. Shame of you for lying cussed at you, You know I didn't. The business you just lost from my entire family and friends will be significant. I also hope you get the help you need because there is clearly something very very wrong in your life to make you such a miserable person. Thankfully my family and I will still enjoy Elicia's but never from your franchise. I highly recommend skipping gravois and Kingshighway. Just drive the few extra miles to Hampton and southwest and deal with kind human beings.
Used to be my favorite. Steadily getting worse. Will be out of business soon. I'm taking them out of my phone after 25+ years. Sorry to see them go.

This place is a lifesaver. Imo's had to be closed on Christmas Eve and I was NOT about to leave St Louis without trying its famous toasted ravioli and pizza! So i used ubereats and the food is so good!

God bless Elicia's! We order from here quite frequently and they employees are always very kind and patient. The pizza is spot on 9.5/10 times and even that .5 is still good. We've not had a bad experience here yet. The delivery time can be a bit long but with the way things are lately, we are just happy to have great food and kind employees. Thanks for being there for us Elicia's!
