This place was exactly what I was expecting from a STL pizza spot. The food was delicious, the staff was courteous and treated us like they knew us even though that was my first time there. Definitely will return when I'm back to that area.

Pizza by the slice or whole. I had the pizza of the day multiple times, and they are always amazing no matter what kind. The cheese pull was crazy. Freshly made. The crust perfectly cooked. My husband is from NYC and he says this is the closest he can get to his favorite little pizzeria back home... The wings were amazing as well. Cooked just right, just enough sauce with the perfect amount of heat. Normally a light crowd, great service. Salads are a well-kept secret; they are always fresh and loaded with toppings. The chef/cook is a very nice gentleman and always remembers us and is very welcoming, even stops by our table to check in and make a little small talk...

Best BBQ Chicken pizza and toasted ravioli I've ever had! Staff was excellent. Price was extremely reasonable for my two-person travel budget.
Next time I'm in town, I will make this a destination again!

Drove 5 hours from home to experience the area for my birthday. Id drive 5 hours again for the pizza alone. They apologized for the wait at one point but were extremely quick. Friendly environment and wonderful pizza.

Consistently delicious wood fired pizza and crisp, tasty salads. I usually go for one of the daily pizza slice offerings. Big slice of crispy thin crust, perfectly sauced, melty cheese with quality toppings. Love the atmosphere and usually get an ice cold Bud draft to top it off. Great people, highly recommended! Half a block from Soulard Market.

They were busy when I came. Just wanting to try some local pizza. They made a mistake but fixed it and then some. Food was good and kids were happy!!!
I ordered the hill sandwich...its so spicy you cant eat it! i had to ask 3 times for my drink. I wont be coming back

I really love Epic's food. Their pizzas are awesome, and I love the mozzarella they use. I was a little disappointed in their wings. They seemed a little on the small side and a little dry to me. I'm also disappointed to see them using Styrene (styrofoam) instead of more sustainable takeout containers. Terrible for the environment, and I understand it, it can release unhealthy gases when heated.

Our first time ever having epic pizza The crust was good. The sauce was good. The smell was great but they made our pizza wrong. We ordered it with no green peppers only and half no bacon we ordered a supreme and they put green peppers on half And no toppings for Real on the other half and our pizza came folded over with half the toppings on off the crust fast service though I would definitely stay and eat next time not take it to go or order takeout

Absolutely awesome! We haven't had Epic in years, and I'm so glad we stopped in on this trip! Pizza is still has the perfect crust, amount of toppings, and the new Big John tastes amazing! We, of course, had to get their wings again. Last time we came, the owner gave us the ingredients list for their sauce! We still have not perfected their mix because this is perfection! Thank Epic!
