I love Everest. Go here. The food is amazing, there’s a lunch buffet (although I prefer the actual menu), and the vibe is great. Everything we had was amazing, standouts were the half chicken and the platter.

My only regret is not coming here sooner! We ordered a little bit of everything (Nepali, Indian, and Korean dishes) and every single thing was delicious. I loved that there are so many vegetarian options. The vegetable tikka masala momo were the star of the show, I’ll be thinking about them for days! Service was helpful and fast as well. We’ll definitely be back!

being honest its the best restaurant in the area which serves best Indian and Nepalis food. I went with my friends over there and we all loved the Food. the taste was so dam good. like we were eating in our home country. i definitely suggest to every single person who want to try or eat any Asian dish. from my personal experience i also went to other Indian restaurants. but i dont think thier food was this good..

Everest Cafe & Bar is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. The menu offers a great variety of authentic Nepalese, Indian, and Tibetan dishes, all bursting with flavor. The momos (dumplings) are a must-try, and the curries are rich and perfectly spiced.

The service is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The drinks selection is also impressive, with unique cocktails and a solid beer selection to complement the meal.

Whether you're looking for a casual dinner or a place to unwind with friends, Everest Cafe & Bar is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This had been a go to spot for some of the best tikka and korma for lunch. Lately, however, the service has been lacking (no water offered when my cup was empty, the lady was on her computer instead of being attentive) and the food has been disappointing. The tandori was cold, the naan was old and ran out without being refilled, there was a hair in the food, etc. Sad to see it go downhill.

We started coming here for the lunch buffet to introduce my husband to Indian food, and have kept coming back down to the city for it. Unfortunately, our latest experience wasn't the 5-star experience we were used to having. The tandoori chicken was cold. There was a hair in my tikka masala. The naan was hard and not fresh. They actually ran out while we were there and it wasn't refreshed. The basmati rice was old and cold, and the server was more interested in her computer than working.

Absolutely unmatched. The golden gem of STL. If you haven’t eaten here, you are missing out.

most of the food was okay. Rice was not fully cooked in the rice puddy. Chicken curry was labelled as goat curry. Price was reasonable though.

My husband and I's favorite Nepalese restaurant outside of Nepal! The food is great and authentic, and we love how they have traditional Nepalese cuisine that you don't see much on a typical desi restaurant menu. Also the tandoori chicken is absolutely amazing 😍😍

Outside of the food, the owners are great people. You can tell how passionate they are about their restaurant, serving healthy, fresh food.., but also their passion for helping humanity, especially with the Himalayan Healthcare project in Nepal.

I love coming here and supporting them!!

Absolutely delicious lunch buffet. We all were stuffed. My international friend from India said this was one of the best Indian food they’ve had outside of India!

Chap Chae (got our w/tofu) had the best sauce I've ever had on it. Beautifully restrained but flavorful dish. Everything felt warm and comforting yet fresh. You can tell they pay attention to the quality of the ingredients. We ran into 3 Nepalese exchange students who had been looking for some authentic food from home and they told us this was the first time they tried Everest and that it was the most authentic they'd had in the U.S. since they have been here. Awesome experience and we will hopefully be back!

Vegetarian options: protein is egg or tofu and the vegetables are treated like an integral part of the dish rather than a garnish or a meat sidekick.

We had the samosas, steamed momos, veggie chow chow, tofu and the daal. Everything was very good. The momos and veggie chow chow would be the highlight. This place did not disappoint, and would definitely come back if I’m in the area!

Nepalese food in my opinion is one of the most delicious cuisines, and this place was an exemplary showcase of it!

Vegetarian options: Awesome vegetarian only section of the menu (half of it). Also clearly labeled vegan options

Good food, TERRIBLE phone costumer service.
Called to place an order for pickup, they told me to place it on Door Dash (where the items are more expensive) or on their website (where they don’t list all the items they offered)…I called again and they responded “call in 5 min, I have another phone call”.
