most of the food was okay. Rice was not fully cooked in the rice puddy. Chicken curry was labelled as goat curry. Price was reasonable though.

My husband and I's favorite Nepalese restaurant outside of Nepal! The food is great and authentic, and we love how they have traditional Nepalese cuisine that you don't see much on a typical desi restaurant menu. Also the tandoori chicken is absolutely amazing 😍😍
Outside of the food, the owners are great people. You can tell how passionate they are about their restaurant, serving healthy, fresh food.., but also their passion for helping humanity, especially with the Himalayan Healthcare project in Nepal.
I love coming here and supporting them!!

Absolutely delicious lunch buffet. We all were stuffed. My international friend from India said this was one of the best Indian food they’ve had outside of India!

Chap Chae (got our w/tofu) had the best sauce I've ever had on it. Beautifully restrained but flavorful dish. Everything felt warm and comforting yet fresh. You can tell they pay attention to the quality of the ingredients. We ran into 3 Nepalese exchange students who had been looking for some authentic food from home and they told us this was the first time they tried Everest and that it was the most authentic they'd had in the U.S. since they have been here. Awesome experience and we will hopefully be back!
Vegetarian options: protein is egg or tofu and the vegetables are treated like an integral part of the dish rather than a garnish or a meat sidekick.

We had the samosas, steamed momos, veggie chow chow, tofu and the daal. Everything was very good. The momos and veggie chow chow would be the highlight. This place did not disappoint, and would definitely come back if I’m in the area!
Nepalese food in my opinion is one of the most delicious cuisines, and this place was an exemplary showcase of it!
Vegetarian options: Awesome vegetarian only section of the menu (half of it). Also clearly labeled vegan options

Good food, TERRIBLE phone costumer service.
Called to place an order for pickup, they told me to place it on Door Dash (where the items are more expensive) or on their website (where they don’t list all the items they offered)…I called again and they responded “call in 5 min, I have another phone call”.

First visit for the lunch buffet, and everything was absolutely amazing! The owner was very welcoming and walked me through all the dishes. Aside from the food, I also love the thought behind their family healthcare project- a project to help provide health and educational services to remote area of Napal. I didn’t have cash, but plan to return to purchase a shirt knowing the proceeds goes toward this project!

We arrived 35 min til closing. A couple of items had a little food left but the selection was enough for us to get “all we could eat”. Man, the food was so good. I didn’t taste anything that I didn’t enjoy and I tasted everything! My friend and I left full, satisfied and positive that we would be returning soon!

This place was not good, at all.
Lychee cocktail had zero alcohol in it. It was literally just lychee juice. The table water came in a plastic refillable sports water bottle clearly picked up in Korea that they reuse as a gimmick - could tell this as it had a very faded sticker on it.
The food: the Saag Paneer was just spinach and artichoke dip with a couple cubes of paneer in it. Paneer wasn't seared/cooked so was just lumpy bits in the dip. The sauce was very light green and had no Indian spices. It was clearly just store bought dip with paneer tossed in.
My partner ordered the JJ Noodles. This was the kicker, as it was packet ramen with a boiled egg. Chicken or beef super noodles has more flavor. I've never ordered a ramen bowl in a restaurant and had literal store bought packet ramen.
Everything about it was awful and I wish I had taken photos to prove it. Staff were nice though.

If I had to have a last meal it would be the chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, and vegetables samosa from Everest cafe. On top of the food being incredibly delish and authentic the owner has a touching and inspiring background and is very nice and humble though he has every right to brag. Dr Devi has 8 degrees including a few masters and even a PhD on top of working on his 9th degree currently. Against all odds he has done so much and he is truly an inspiration. Please come here and see for yourself why they have been open since 2004. Absolutely amazing.
