Took my girlfriend there for Valentine's Day. The place itself, the food, and the service were all stellar. Reminded me of Italian restaurants from my hometown in Philadelphia. You will not be disappointed.

I love this place, just sucks cause there is a wait a lot of the time but especially sitting outside by the fire places is so nice my family and I enjoy coming here!

I had a great experience overall. My only complaints are that I had a reservation 36 hours in advance and requested near door seating and it wasn't available.

Second, there is an obvious absence of accessible parking. Having prime location on the Hill; the ownership only hurts thier business by not offering more accessibility options.

Weekday lunch for 4 adults during the year-end holiday break. Very friendly & attentive service, the interior decor is muted & comfortable, and all of our meals were perfectly prepared & satisfying: Small Caesar Salad (enough to split), Sicilian Chicken Sandwich, Baked Cavatelli Melanze w/ Eggplant, Fettuccine Alfredo, and a Tortellini special dish. Favazza's on The Hill has become a go-to neighborhood Italian dining spot for my wife & me, as well as for entertaining out-of-town visitors. Always a treat, never a disappointment.

Bread basket and side salads were great. Entrées were good, but not outstanding for the price point.

Portion sizes were excellent for the pastas and suitable for the protein entrees we had.

Servers were attentive and knowledgeable.

Sat down at 6pm, sides were delivered at 6:31, entrees delivered at 6:59. Good wine options were available as well.

The Linguine was way over cooked. I was always taught pasta was cooked al dente, this was so overdone and starchy. When the manager offered to recook it and asked me if I wanted it cooked al dente, I knew it wasn't likely an anomoly. Our waitress was over occupied with another table and barely came to check on things, My date had to get up and find someone to report the food error. Not only that he never got his baked potato. The owner manager offered dessert on the house, so we chose cannoli. Let say the outer shell was stale. I think management has it's work cut out for them

This is a great Italian restaurant in St. Louis. It's located on The Hill area where many other Italian restaurants are.
We sat on the heated patio. They had a fire going which made the space very cozy. The atmosphere was perfect for a family dinner.
We had a later dinner 8:15p and the service was excellent even thoughwe were late. I had the chicken fettuccine alfredo. It was really good. One of my daughters had a steak. It was cooked just right. The other daughter had fettuccine alfredo while her boyfriend had one of the specials, scallops. He really liked them. My wife had Tortellini Alla Panna. She loved it and I thought it was good also. AND of course we had the Favazza's Famous Garlice Bread. It was excellent. The bread was warm, just enough garlic and the butter made it perfectly soft.
We will definitely return soon.

Hadn't eaten here in years used to be a really quaint cozy place, but it's expanded a lot, so not as cozy. Our waiter Matthew was outstanding, and delightfully funny and entertaining for my group. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and was just a little disappointed. It was okay, but it wasn't the best I've had. All my friends raved about their meals, which included cannelloni and tortellini. I always forget to take pictures before I start eating, lol, so here's the spaghetti and meatballs there should be two meatballs, but I cut one up before I took the picture, and also the small dinner salad.

Was told the steak sandwich was the best so thought I would try. The meat was very tender but lacked flavor, perhaps some grilled onion or better yet some seasoning would have been great. At $19 I was expecting better. I did order the toasted ravioli and it was great. Not sure I would go back too many other places to eat.

We had a lovely authentic Italian meal at Favazza's. Patio seating was available but we chose to eat indoors. Our waiter, Scott was on the mark as well as the hostess and other staff. Our food was delicious and flavorful. Of course, tiramisu for dessert completed a wonderful, romantic evening out.

Our last dinner in St. Louis before headed home from vacation. We had been in town many years ago and had a hard time even finding "The Hill". This time we nailed it with an outstanding dinner!! Service was perfect - Cindy was a gem! Huge, delicious plates of food, came home and had leftovers tonight!! You can always know when you are on The Hill when the fire hydrants are the color of the Italian flag!!
