I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this needs to be said. One of the male staff members behaved in a way that was creepy and unprofessional, making me extremely uncomfortable. This was not friendly service, it was inappropriate. Until this is addressed, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Nice people making delicious bread.

Fazio toasted ravioli is by far the bottom of the barrel .Absolutely No taste but pepper. Being 100% Italian ,pepper is not a substitute for genuine flavor .Our entire family made ravioli from scratch .
These are an American version of wet cardboard filled with sawdust and pepper .Shame on you Fazio

Their delivery drivers should work on getting up earlier instead of speeding, tailgating, and screaming at people who drive the speed limit

Called to set up recurring orders for a restaurant. The woman I spoke to was unbelievably rude. It's to the point where I am now looking for a new company to use. When I told her the days I wanted delivery, she went through the days and amounts and you could hear that she hated her job, life, and whatever else. When I told her a day was missed, she snapped back that I never told her about me wanting 3 days of delivery. I did, but ...ok. She then went into a spiel about how it's our responsibility to cancel bread if we don't need it. I get that. You have to tell people this because they will blame you if you don't. However, when I asked if I could call and change the order, you would think that I asked her for her first born child. She went off telling me the only way to fix an order is online and that they don't want anyone calling. Guess that's why she was so rude in the first place? I should have never have been such an inconvenience to her.
