Prepare yourself walking into a dystopian future, where the customer service doesn't exist. Went here with a friend and sat indoors not patio, had to order through your phone on a website or app. Which is sort of cool but mind you there is no way to get a waitress to your table if you need anything or no updates on your order via it. My friend ordered just a few minutes before I did and got their food but did not want to eat until I received mine. The wait for my food got to be so long that their food got cold and I had to get up and find an employee that really had no association in knowing anything other than sitting people to their table. Shortly after this intervention I received my food, knowing it was just sitting on a warmer. Just goes to show you that the initial waitress to my table completely forgot about my table since she had already been there once and never went back for quality updates and my order. This ideology of moving to solely app/website for orders at a dine in establishment is absolutely terrible. Love the food here but the service needs extreme work. Wont be coming back until it is resolved.

Have always loved going here. Used to live around the neighborhood and went almost weekly! I still live pretty close and this is probably my favorite pizza place in the STL area. I would highly recommend it! Pizza is actually fresh and tastes so much better than the chains.

Had a great lunch at Felix’s Pizza Pub. This restaurant is a good stop for some quality pizza, wings (wings not pictured), and loaded cheese fries!
It’s not often I would tell someone a restaurant has good Gluten Free pizza. With that said, I do recommend the Gluten Free pizza for those who have allergies.

I have never had bad service or food here. Place is very consistent, prices are beyond reasonable, and trivia on Tuesdays is more fun than you'll ever have anywhere else!! Hummus and salads are oddly my favorite, but everything is phenomenal! Such great, cheery vibes!

The pizza is decent usually, but the set up and service is not great. Multiple times I’ve walked in to be sat and I’m just standing in the front area for 5-10 minutes before someone comes up. Also it’s super confusing where to pick up to go orders. The pizza was cold most recently.
