I went on a Wednesday night and order the brisket sandwich for $16 and it was soggy, only two slices of meat and mediocre. It had a fireman’s helmet by it so, it was a top dish for this restaurant. I’d hate to taste all the other dishes without the helmet next to it. the service was great and the only up side to the food. the server was attentive and friendly in the bar area and atmosphere was up beat.

I forgot to take a picture of the stuffed mushrooms I got for our group, which everyone loved! I had the dry rub wings for my dinner and had to bring half home. The wings were delicious, I think they added cinnamon to the rub. I highly recommend them!

First visit here will not be our last. The fried chicken was delicious, but unlike some other local eateries, the sides were just as delicious. The pork tenderloin sandwich is one of the better ones in the area. I would have preferred lettuce, tomato, & mayo instead of the yellow mustard, ( which I like) but it was not a deal breaker. The breading was flavorful and it was not overcooked, but moist and juicy. Some regulars at a nearby table were a little loud, so conversation...
