Gave us the completely wrong order. We ordered 4 subs and all 4 came out wrong - we only found out after bringing the to-go order home. Don’t know how they could mess it up since we were the only customers inside. Won’t be coming again.

We ordered online 2/7/24 and when we went to pickup there was only one employee in the whole store and a bunch of people waiting. At some point they just walked off and never returned so everyone started leaving. Honestly not too mad at this point, it’s hard to get staffing and if I were the only one there I would probably leave to. We went somewhere else and figured we would just ask for help online and get a refund, no big deal. I have spoken numerous times to Firehouse customer support and while they have been apologetic they have been incredibly unhelpful. They said that there is nothing they can to but at some point the store will contact me and they can’t guarantee when that will be. I’m very disappointed in how this is being handled.

Ordered online on February 23rd. I get there they don't have the meat I ordered but they had a substitute they didn't have the sauce that came on the sandwich or the the toppings. I refused the sandwich. I have been trying to get a refund for a sandwich I did not accept. I've never been called, contacted or anything. I have called the customer service number several times to no avail.

Eric was very kind and professional. This is the second time I've been to this location where he is working by himself please get him some help.

This was my first time and last time here. The food was not that great. The prices are ridiculous for the quality of the food. Not impressed. Kids working here. Not listening when the order was made. Left off key ingredients from the sandwich. Save your money go someplace else.

I ordered macaroni and cheese a large meatball sub and Doritos it was way overpriced and the meatballs were gross it's about double the price you would pay at Subway and subways quality is much better I don't think I will ever eat here again I'm almost disgusted with the amount I paid and the quality I received. update I tried them again and this time it was incredible the food was amazing it was fresh you can tell that use great ingredients it was a total one-eighty from the time before much much improved.

This place is terrible, literally took almost 30 min to to make two sandwiches, the girl making my sandwich was on her phone the whole time, holding her phone in one hand and making my sandwiches in the other, hence why it took almost 30 minutes

I left a bad review about a month ago finally came back after a couple bad experiences at this location this trip on Monday November 6 was a complete turnaround from my last couple visits the staff working was awesome and that was with them training a new guy who was super friendly the manager was on point and the sandwich I got looked like a sandwich from a commercial! I’ll be coming back soon! Keep it up at Hampton and I’ll keep coming!

I empathize with the dedicated employee with pink hair at this establishment. She consistently demonstrates her commitment to her responsibilities while it appears that some of her colleagues are not actively contributing to the sandwich preparation process, instead engaging in activities unrelated to work, such as smoking and consuming substances. In the interest of maintaining a productive and supportive work environment, I recommend that the management consider recognizing the exemplary efforts of the employee with pink hair. Her dedication and diligence warrant consideration for advancement within the company. Providing her with additional support and professional development opportunities would not only acknowledge her hard work but also contribute to the overall efficiency and morale of the team.

HORRIBLE. Ordered delivery and they sent me the TOTALLY WRONG THING AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND! Mac and cheese was bland AF, and I couldn't even eat the sandwich. I ordered turkey and instead received ham and some kind of greasy pepperoni on a pathetic looking flattened piece of bread. This is the FIRST and also the LAST time I deal with this sandwich shop. I would recommend Blues City Deli and the Gramophone in St. Louis if you want to get the correct order, a decent sandwich, and your money's worth. Oh and when I called about the wrong order I was hung up on. Bang up job there.

Absolutely worst service ever. Ordered 4 sandwich's and it took 30 minutes. Workers were very rude when we asked about the order. They started our order 25 minutes after us being in there. When we finally got the order it was completely wrong. Bathrooms had no toilet paper and a disgusting mirror OR SOAP. They do not wash their hands. Only come if you're in need of terrible service and disgusting food and some rude entailed people
