Firehouse Subs Tesson Ferry

My local store closed. So excited to get firehouse again. But oh my gosh my sandwich had so much sauce on it, the bread was soggy and I only tasted bread and sauce. We ate in, so there was no travel sogginess involved. So disappointed. In general I love Firehouse and I miss my location.

I ordered a medium tuna on whole wheat with a bowl of loaded potatoe soup. The sandwich looked like it was thrown together and I received a bowl of chili. Not impressed!

Ladder 49 calling.. i got to try my hand at a new kinda sub sandwich. I went for the thanksgiving sub. And im going to say its got a flaovr of its own....it has some serious sweetness to the cranberry suace but I feel just as stuffed as I would on a normal, day for thanksgiving...

I was really appalled by the lack of leadership of the manager on duty today getting upset at the staff slamming things on the counter rolling her eyes it's just really sad to see this type of atmosphere here. And especially a manager treating their employees like this they are human beings. She was a short white female with brown hair and a red shirt October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 a.m.

Called in about my sandwhich being messed up and was told per the owners policy they do not refund or replace sandwiches they mess up. Zero accountability to maintain a quality product here. Will not be returning.

I’ve eaten at Firehouse Subs twice. The first time was really good but the second time my daughter found a hair in her sandwich so my kids won’t go back. I do like their food, especially the veggie sandwich, and it’s within walking distance from my house, however, I never go because eating out has gotten so expensive and Firehouse never has any good offers or discounts. If that was to change, I would start giving them my business.

1. gift cards are a scam, not allowed online.
2. the bread is the worst or second worst I have ever had from a sub shop.
3. the service is a c at best.
4. the food is overpriced and of mediocre quality.
5. the Mac and cheese was surprisingly good, especially with the free onions and jalapenos available.
6. took over 15 minutes, was not busy at all.
7. get a jersey style sub somewhere else and it will at least be hands down better.
