The employees are always friendly at this location. My pick up orders have always been ready on time. As long as they keep making great subs I will keep coming back.

Dear lord, avoid at all costs. Terribly understaffed and took 30 + minutes to get one sandwich. Awful. Do not

Terrible understaffed and slow. Waited 30 minute for a sandwich? What a waste of time! Then the manager wouldn’t response to me. Horrible will never go back!

This is the worst Firehouse Subs I have been to. It is dirty, the staff are loud, the drink machine is out of many flavors and the dinning room is a mess.

My sandwich and loaded potato soup were quite good and the restaurant was clean! Our food came out quickly as well (unfortunately I didn't get my pickle)

I went in on my lunch break and ordered ONE (1) sub which took 30 minutes, basically my entire lunch break. I asked for no Mayo and no mustard on ONE (1) sub that took 30 minutes in which I still got Mayo on it. Not a huge deal, but what really set the bar low at this terrible and a joke of an establishment is that a young man working there threw his apron on the floor outside the bathrooms and proceeded to use the restroom then put his apron back on and continued cooking. Don’t believe me? Management check your cameras around 5:30 on 8/21/23. I’ve managed restaurants before and if I would have saw this that person would be out the door. Not to mention the kid saw me do it then gave me a death stare the rest of my time in the place. There were 3 other people waiting for upwards of 30 minutes as well, we were all joking about it. I feel bad for tipping and I will never come back.

Far better than subways and penn Station combines, and for a dollar, it goes to help firemen and police.

Seems like the workers are working in slow motion, should an order at a sun place take 30 min to get? Walked in the door and was not acknowledged by employees. Found where to order at. Watched other guests wait 30 min for sandwiches. Work on speed. Workers seem to move in slow

Put in online order for sandwich and customized it but was given everything I didn’t ask for on the sandwich.

Great melt in your mouth fresh deli sandwiches. Limited street parking.Kid-friendliness: Clean bright place, I would take my kids hereParking: This one is in St Louis' Central West End. It does not have a lot. Street parking with meters. Never had to search for a spot, but there are not a lot of places to park.

The store worker Nylah made all the difference as I was really disappointed that the feature limited time prime sandwich was no longer available ? but she was so ? that I ordered anyway. I'll return so long as the customer service is like what she provided today....

Food is always late. I always place my order online and it is consistently 20-30 minutes longer than the eta.
