First Crack Coffee! What a cool facility. The owners Collin and Brandyn are dedicated to providing space for local businesses and individuals to become educated and roast their own coffee. I was able to stand in while some local business owners were testing some roasts with a method called, cupping. Collin was explaining the process and showing us the ropes. He has traveled near and far learning about coffee and has some amazing insight into coffee and roasting with excellence. Stop by to check out their facility! They're appointment only, so make sure to set something up. You can also observe local folks while they're in the roasting process. There's a sense of community built around this beautiful thing we all love, coffee. Go check it out.
