I don’t usually leave reviews but this one I feel is warranted. My husband and I went for brunch. We were seated directly next to the host stand where the host proceeded to drum on everything to music in his own head for the entirety of the visit. Our water glasses were dirty. The server was very loudly and aggressively moving chairs to clean under the tables. (She could have at least tried to make it quieter, the sound those metal chairs make on the floor is terrible!) My order came out wrong and when I told the person who brought my food, she asked our server in a tone that sounded like she didn’t believe me that my order was wrong. I have been to other First Watch locations and the food at this one was just ok. I’m used to the food being worth the cost and it simply was not at this location. It was my husband’s first time going and he doesn’t want to go back to another First Watch. I had to tell him that they aren’t all this bad. I wouldn’t go here if you want to try First Watch. I don’t feel this was a good representation of the franchise.

Unsanitary place to eat. The servers were grabbing the toast from the kitchen with their bare hands after cleaning tables. There was another server eating while rolling silverware.
