May be the last time I visit a five guys. Super pricey and not getting the value at all for the money you spent. Long wait to get the food as well. Burger quality is good but I get same quality in McD for less than half of the price.

I placed a large take out order for my office and they went out of their way to label the bags with the names. All of the orders were also correct. Staff was very friendly and food came out fast!

We ordered dine-in and after a 20 minute wait, all of our burgers were missing all of the toppings we requested. When I went to get toppings, they said they would remake them. Wasn't going to wait another 20 minutes so we ate dry burgers with only ketchup and mayo. Will not return to this location.

Crumbs in the chairs and on most of the tables. Customer service was pretty bad, the teenagers had an attitude while serving me. Particularly the girl with blonde pig tails / space buns. Food was good. Music was pretty loud so I couldn't hear my order number being called when it was time.
