The man cashier was very rude and did not listen when I was trying to order messed my order up didn’t want to correct and I waited for a replacement burger and he still messed it up because he used the original receipt 🧾 wich the order was taken wrong and it was simple I’m annoyed and still hungry wasted my money

Whoever was on the fry machine on August the 17th 2025, thank you very much. You got me a $27 tip because the fries were still piping hot when I got to their house 12 minutes later. It was very crowded in there but your expertise on the fry machine, and moving orders made the customers very happy. Uber personally reached out to me to let me know that they were even impressed by the tip amount (I'm sure they probably contacted them to see if they meant to do it). Lol

Five Guys Burgers is typically not my first choice due to the prices, but I must say they do have very good high-quality fresh burgers, plus with the new combo option only in the St Louis area for about 15 bucks, it's definitely worth it. The workers were also polite and friendly.
