Just stopped in here. The staff was phenomenal.!!!!! There was the nicest lady. I think I have ever met working behind the. Register. I believe her name was Sara. She smiled and was very Professional fast and nice! All the staff that was working had a smile and just seemed happy to be there. You don't see that anymore.

First time trying Five Guys. Christina who was our cashier was marvelous with explaining the menu, and what was/wasn't included. She was very detailed and sweet. The selections are kind of pricey, but all that quickly went to a blur when our food arrived. I've never had a juicer burger!! I literally ate the whole thing (double cheeseburger with bacon) the size of it was so huge I couldn't even put my entire mouth around. They give you a ton of fries, which were fresh, hot, and crispy. They even offer paper bags for the peanuts that are free (which were good too). I eat out often so the meal was definitely worth it, and I'll certainly be back? established was nice and clean, friendly hard working staff.

A little pricey, sometimes it's better to go to a buffet for about the same

Worst 5 Guys I’ve ever been to. Shake was watery and not what I ordered. Burgers were dry and grainy. Fries cold. Will not visit this location again. Not worth the price to get something

Food eas ok nothing special but insanely overpriced. Culver's is next door, way better and at least $12 cheaper. In my opinion $24 for a mediocre fast food burger, fries and a drink is too much.

First time eat at 5 Guys and it’s absolutely the worst hamburger and fries I’ve ever eaten. Fries was tooo salty and burnt and cheeseburger was disgusting it seemed to me that it was frozen and heated. Absolutely the worst meal ever. Definitely won’t go back to any of them. And way too overpriced for that quality of food. This is just my opinion and experience maybe other people like it but not me.

Very expensive. A regular sized fry is over $6 by itself! For a burger and a fry it was nearly $20. I can get that for cheaper at a sit down restaurant. Then they have the nerve to ask for a tip on top of it. How about pay your employees $5 an hour more instead of over charging people for your food, then maybe they’d be more willing to tip.
