These drinks are much healthier than Smoothie King and Starbucks. There's so many ways to customize the different flavors. Josh enjoys helping figure out what you want and what you need. Trying getting that from any other drink/juice bar in the area.

Most disgusting cup of coffee I've ever had. There were no prices displayed, and I was charged 10 dollars for powder mixed with water. Literally made me gag. Please do me a favor and Do Not pay money for this.
fresh Teas for pre and post work out!!! I always got the banana pudding smoothie! so amazing!!! the gentleman that was helping me was very patient with me not knowing which one to get! thank you for all that you do!!!! love this place

Met the owner Allie today and she was great. The seasonal menu for the shakes and teas are great as well the taste! I'm glad we have something like this in Oakville and to have a healthier option for nutrition!

I go to Fix Nutrition weekly and I am always pleasantly surprised by every drink/shake or muffin that I try! Allie is always so helpful on helping me find the perfect drink just for me! Highly recommend Fix Nutrition for a pick me up and meal replacement shake!
