This was an incredible experience. I took my mother and grandmother here as a late mothers day treat, and we absolutely will be returning. My grandmother uses a walker and my mother has limited motion, so in the reservation request I asked for a table with easy access and noted we had one handicapped person. Upon arrival they showed us our table right away and made note of the best accessibility, and even put the walker out of our way. Both of them get nervous about accessibility at places, and they had 0 concerns and felt so comfortable.

What I absolutely LOVED though, was the kindness shown. My grandmother is hard of hearing (even with a hearing aid) and they got down on her level and deepend their voices just so she could understand EVERYTHING they were saying. They gave thorough explanations and we're incredibly personable. The owner and her daughter are so sweet and fun, we absolutely loved the conversations and moments we had together.

On to the food and tea. Impeccable. I'll be thinking of those scones and the Lapsang tea until I come back. Not one item was something I wouldn't eat again. Tatjana recommended us all doing a different High Tea and sharing, and this was definitely the way to go to get a little bit over everything. The price for what you get is perfect and 100000/10 would recommend and we'll be coming back.

We had an excellent High Tea experience here. The ambience, food, and of course the tea is perfection!

I had a glorious experience.
If you are a true tea snob, you will see that the tea is prepared appropriately. You get the opportunity to taste all the great kinds of teas. Green teas, black teas, oolong and Pu-er.
The food is paired with the teas which make the experience all the more exciting.
There is no rush.
I love this place.

A friend & I enjoyed high tea at Fleur de Thé today. We had the South Africa High Tea with our own pots of lavender oolong tea.

Service: 10/10
Food: 9.5/10 (the dark chocolate mousse with pepper flakes was divine 😋. Wasn't a fan of the peri peri chicken so docked half a point 🫣🤣. Scone was warm, flaky and tasty. The mango tarts were soooooo good)
Tea flavor: 10/10
Ambiance: 10/10

Anyhoo...if you're in the area, check them out.

We have been twice now, and they have constantly impressed us with the food, the tea, and service. The presentation is excellent, with handblown teapots and gold tableware. The service is topnotch, friendly, tea-loving professionals who know their products and help to create the perfect experience.

The tea selection is outstanding, as well as a selection tea-based mocktails to accompany the regional foods. They have white, green, black, oolong, and even fruit teas, something for any palate.

We will be going back as often as we can.

My husband and I went here on 6/6/25 for celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary. The place is so cute and the service is amazing. The attention to detail is fantastic. I'm an extremely picky eater and they were able to make accommodations for me. I wish that they served macarons with the tea, but that's just my personal opinion. Overall, I'll be back. I loved this place.

What a lovely afternoon we had today! The Windsor High Tea was delicious. The atmosphere felt chic but cozy, and the family that owns it are so kind. I can’t wait for my next visit!

We had an amazing time! I’m from out of town and loved the atmosphere. It’s family owned and super cozy. They took the time to get to know us and also for us to get to know them. I had the Indian option because I tend to be pickier with not liking eggs or mayonnaise. My friend had the more traditional English option. I love the kick of the Indian option especially aromatics. The samosas were yummy and the chia dessert was my favorite. The tea was super lovely (Queens garden smells like Christmas and tastes like an apple pie). Also, I have some sensitivities because of rose and they were able to accommodate. We will be back.

Lovely tea house with delicious, light pastries and savory tea sandwiches. The owners are family and are quite dedicated to their craft. The most delicious rose cookies and lemon sponge cakes I’ve ever had, there is a nice sparkling tea selection that we will go for next time for sure! This restaurant is elegant, while lulling you into a relaxed state and stimulating conversation with their regal atmosphere. I recommend making a reservation and do try the chai or earl grey teas! We will definitely be back. Cheers!

Kid-friendliness: This is more of a quiet and elegant space for adults to unwind.

Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp is wheelchair accessible, as well as the restrooms

Absolutely worth it. My husband and I had such a great time. The staff is so nice and welcoming. The food was seasoned well and the teas are delicious. This experience was better than the afternoon tea I had in London at Fortnum and Mason, in my opinion. We will be back!

I’m convinced this is the best tea place in St. Louis. When you first walk in, you’re welcomed with a very light, pleasant aroma. The staff is very professional, welcoming, and explains the menu very well. As an avid tea drinker, I could taste the high quality of the tea. With the high tea option, you’re able to get refills of both the teas and food. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The dessert was very flavorful without being overly sweet. A manager/owner came by at the end of the visit to ask us about our experience. Overall, exceptional service, food, and tea. 🫖

This place was absolutely amazing and so cute! The owners family was so welcoming and kind. They truly made our time special and were great about accommodating our party. We tried 7 different types of teas and between the 7 of us we ended up having all 4 varieties of tea (Traditional English, South African, French, and Indian) and the food was wonderful!

What a delightful experience! Family affair! The owner spoke with us and checked on our experience. Her mother, who does quite a bit of the cooking, stopped by and asked what they could do to improve. It's an incredibly charming place with DELICIOUS food and a wonderful selection of teas.
