FSC has failed me. I was never properly trained for my position. My district manager was never available for my concerns about work. I never had coverage to take an off day. I requested PTO months in advance and my request was completely disregarded! I reached out to them for extra working hands and was also denied; the account was a 6 day work week year round with 1 chef. I was terminated and they told me I can work at a different account and never placed me anywhere. I do not recommend this company to anyone of color because I feel as if there's discrimination going on. I have emails and text messages to back this story up! Peace and blessings!
