Really enjoyed Frailey’s. Good family friendly atmosphere. Had the pepper jack cheese bites which were amazing, just be careful they are SUPER hot! The mushrooms are way better than the standard run of the mill as well. Will definitely go back.
Great food, staff, and atmosphere.
Their chicken ain't as good as it use to be. Also they have way more fat on their chicken than they use to, and the price went up. You'll be paying $50 for just two adult meals! I spoke to many that agree, we miss the old Frailey's taste, quality,& price
Service very slow at lunch. Had to ask for drink refills a couple times. Took a long time to get order taken, then long wait to get food. Ordered a Philly cheese with beef sandwich. Couldn't even see the peppers and onion and they didn't put any cheese on it. Very disappointing meal considering price.
Good food and services.
Food was good but WAY too many onions in your chicken salad, could only eat one half and onion taste overpowered it all.
Just leaving Fraileys at 4:45 pm on a Friday afternoon. I hosted an event with 30 attendees at Fraileys that started at 12:30 today. The food was good the service was marginal. One of our guests was over served and had to sit on the patio for a while before one of our group took her home. AFTER she left the bar refused to continue to serve us?? Have they never over severed anyone before? WTF? $11xx.00 PLUS TAB and we were asked to leave??? We won’t be back.
The food was garbage!! 0 out of 10 definitely would not recommend
Kid-friendliness: Hell yeah they are I watched a woman get trashed at the bar while her 2 kids ran around slamming into other guests and the staff did nothing to stop

The food was ok with exception of the soup- it was unpalatable and tasted like someone had an accident with the lid to the salt in the broccoli cheese soup. The wrap we ordered was good in flavor but very small in portion, the chef salad was fresh and delicious. The most disappointing part of our first and only visit was the service. Upon dropping our food off we weren’t checked back in on until the food was gone so asking for a replacement side at that point was pointless. I don’t know if the very tight seating kept our waitress from wanting to squeeze between tables to check on us or if she is inexperienced and still learning but it was a disappointment to say the least. After her 3rd visit to the table to drop the bill she was MIA for another 10+ minutes and while I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt that she was busy waiting on others- she was chatting with staff when I finally went to tell her that we’d like our bill run.

Food was ok but the service on the other hand was a joke. The younger waitress acted as if us coming in was an inconvenience for her. Asked for water 3 different times and never got any. She never came back to our table after we put our order in. Had to ask the hostess for our check. Probably the worst service we have ever had eating out.
