SO GOOD! if you like fruit and boba i personally recommend the popping fruit boba, the way it bursts in your mouth is so satisfying, could give 6 stars if i could.

I haven’t been to Froyo in ages. I forgot how good the frozen yogurt is :P They have many flavors here. The shop is well upkeep, and inviting. Service was friendly. I noticed staff constantly cleaned up the Froyo machines.

The frozen yogurt and toppings are always good. However, the place does look run down and a bit dirty. The employees sometimes seem like they don't want to be there. But overall, I still continue to go because I like the self-serve idea and the frozen yogurt and toppings.

Excellent location to sample several yogurt flavors, and their toppings are delicious. We have various cup sizes over there, and the price you pay varies based on the weight of your cup.

It was fine. But there’s no baby changing station in any of the bathrooms. Which I don’t understand as this should be a family friendly establishment. So my options were to change my baby on the floor or on one of the tables in public.

Froyo flavors are good, plenty of topping options but sometimes they don’t refill them. When we came in nobody was in there and no greeting. When into the bathroom and wasn’t very clean, and no toilet paper. Was waiting for a good minute to check out and the girl did not even speak or acknowledge us. Very bad customer service!

Poor customer service. There is no one in the lobby. I was waiting by the scale for a while and one of them comes out of the room and doesnt say a word. They have air pods in their ears. When I left, no thank you or anything

Service was horrible, cashier was yelling at other staff in the lobby barely got acknowledged when I checked out yesterday. My kids and I will not be coming back here.
