froYo Premium Frozen Yogurt

Broken machines. Dirty floors. Messy toppings. Rude employees. Also, the place reeks.

The hours listed are not correct. Google and the sign on the door state opens at 11AM Friday-Sunday. Employee is sitting in shop behind the counter and tells me the think they open at noon. The call someone and confirm they open at noon. 🤷‍♂️ We will go elsewhere.

THE WORKERS ARE THE MEANEST LIKE WHO WOULD HIRE THEM ~So I couple weeks ago me and my friend went to FroYo and there was the meanest workers they would not look off there phones at all and they yelled at us for being 1 cent short and they threw are FroYo away so we just walked out the store and then they said we were so waste full wich they were the ones that threw it away and the workers just have to ruin it all like I love frozen yogurt but I just want to enjoy it but it’s just the workers and the place as Been getting very dirty and the place has just gone down hill it just used to be so clean and the workers used to be so nice I just really hope this changes.

Love this chain but when I went to this location the staff tried to tell me that the runny UNFROZEN yogurt was how it was supposed to come out of the machine. Disappointing experience!

Went there for Father's day. Worker never said a word to us. Floors were sticky. Trash cans both inside and outside were overflowing. Every table was dirty.

The frozen yogurt was good, nice toppings to choose from. The topping bar and general store area were kinda messy and unkempt.

On June 8th at 8 PM, I was appalled by a worker’s behavior. She was insanely rude to my friends and to other customers. 4 customers attempted to walk in the door and she asked them their ages. She didn’t believe their ages and told them to leave. Two of these customers were about 8 and Two were about 13. My friend then went outside and asked them if they needed help getting their FroYo and still was almost refused service even after telling the worker she would pour their FroYo & toppings for them. It was truly ridiculous. My friends & I adore FroYo but will not be returning to this establishment after this infuriating experience.

Very rude worker tonight. Also, almost all their machines are broken.

Clean, fast and friendly!

The prices are outrageous. $11 for 1 cup
The outside tables are filthy and the chairs are all rusted and wobbly
Needs some TLC

All I can say is the absolute injustice the young blond male had here was aweful. I can't express enough the need for a major reform at this location. I am deeply upset by the disgraceful acts of the employees here and hope the the well looked apoun establishment that fro yo is can train their workers to better deal with this. This is the second time we have come during normal business hours and it’s been closed! This was supposed to be a nice treat and bonding time for my son and I and now we will just go elsewhere. It would be different if it was a one time thing or if they even offered an explanation, but nope, just a waste of time and a sad kiddo

To the customers that say its nasty how about making sure your child don't make a big mess and leaving it for the workers to clean up.. Puddles of fryo on the floors you should be ashamed I bet you wont allow that to happen in your kitchen.. DO BETTER!! Watch your babies...
