This place is FILTHY!! The trashcan is overflowing, the floors are sticky. They are always out of flavors.

I arrived at this location today and asked for a sample cup to try the new holiday flavors. I was then told by the manager that I needed an adult present to receive a sample cup. As I looked around, I noticed that the location was very unsanitary; this includes unclean and untamed machines, bathrooms and floors. They also advertise gelato and smoothies but don't offer these options. I would not recommend this location especially if you're under the age of 18 without an adult.

Disgusting. Staff was lazy. Trash overflowing, tables filthy, napkins empty, bins of toppings were empty, dispensers were filthy all the while the staff made themselves a drink and okayed on the phone. Not what I expect for Webster groves.

the store was so FILTHY! the bathroom, the furniture, the floors, everything was SO DIRTY. Staff seemed very unhappy to have customers in the store and were very unwelcoming. Definitely will not be coming back. would not recommend coming here

Omigosh. This place is absolutely filthy dirty. I took pictures- the floors- THE BATHROOM- the windows--- The staff was not helpful-- our bill was so high for 2 cups of frozen yogurt. I actually just absolutely cannot believe how dirty it was in there. The owner needs to get in there with a bucket and some bleach and WIPE SOMETHING DOWN. It's appalling. I will absolutely never go back. Disgusting. They should be ashamed. Truly. I won't even go into details about the bathroom... I'm not sure how it passes any type of code, to be honest.

We arrived at 1:00 pm on a Sunday. Our top 3 choices were liquified. We told the staff person. She pushed some buttons and said to give it a few minutes. We did. No change. We left for Dairy Queen.

This place has been a disaster the couple times I've been there. One word: dirty. The frozen yogurt machines are always having a few out of order, drippings everywhere, floor sticky, toppings bar like a bunch of toddlers came through and helped themselves. Two people behind at the registers, they don't say hello, don't look up from their phones. Asked for two taster cups (one for me and one for the person I was with). They gave me one. It's a shame this place can't get itself together as it's the only place in webster that sells FroYo. I don't know who owns this place, but something needs to be done or the health department is going to shut it down. I see from the other reviews I'm not the only one with this experience.

I wish I had noticed the absolute filth of the restaurant before I got any yogurt. There were two machines that were "out of order". The machines were filthy. The bottom of the table looked like it had been mopped with a filthy mop. The person behind the counter disappeared for way too long into the back area and came out when they noticed a customer standing at the counter holding a slice of pizza.Bottom line - gross establishment.
