This company is definitely one to remember. They actually gave us the best time we've had all summer so far. The ice cream was great and they had many different ones to choose from. They were really great with the kids and our grandparents also. This family reunion was great because of these guys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was really excited to work with Frozen Fun Express as on first booking, they seemed extremely pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, once I tried to contact them about providing the City of O'Fallon with a food license and COI, their communications broke down completely. On several occasion through email, phone, and text, I communicated the needs of the city/park and was assured on multiple occasions that it would be taken care of. Several times, I was told it WAS taken care of and sent off, but neither the city or I ever received the appropriate documentation. It got to the point that the city told me I was beyond the deadline and so I had to go with another vendor. I called up Cool Times Ice Cream Trucks and I had them booked and they sent over paperwork to the city within the same day. I was fortunate that O'Fallon allowed us a bit of an extension or else the big surprise for our kids' birthday party would have been cancelled. Subsequent calls with Frozen Fun Express always seemed like they were unorganized. I would call several times a week and it always seemed like they had no idea who I was or what I was asking for, even though it was the same person each time.
