I love this place. Their fries are the best in town! But are they being reopened? It said they were closed before. I hope they are reopening. I look forward to more great customer service. 10/10! Absolutely amazing!

I've been here twice so far, the latest was the first week of November, 2022. Both times I had good service, the more recent we couldn't eat in because lack of employees, yet the food was still good (the bar had fresh items and the burger was properly cooked to medium rare as asked). From what I could see employment was at a minimum and they were doing as well as they could. IMHO, the burger and condiments were as should be expected despite the employee shortfall due to whatever it was, being the remnants of covid, or the Biden administration decisions. I worked at a Fuddruckers in IL about 35 years ago (1986 actually and the location is now closed) and they have long been one of my favorite places to get a hamburger. This location has done as well as they could to serve the same high quality food to the public as far as I can see in my two visits so far. Since I learned of this location being along my route to visit family, I fully intent to visit it again next time I go to visit family up north. In all honesty, the prices seem a bit high to me now, but then I'm getting older and we've got idiots in the government making the price of everything go crazy and increase 30% or more over the last 2 years. I will still revisit this Fuddrucker's on my next trip to see my siblings and plan to try the Branson location later this year when it's warmer as I plan to hit it while out riding my bike as it's only an hour and a half away and that's a good bike ride.

OMG when I say this is by far the best customer service experience you will have at any burger/food establishment in todays climate. I have been here approx 4 x and every time the experience is always friendly and professtional. I have brought others with me to experience the wonderful customer service and awesome fresh food.It is always a pleasure when the establishment you are patronizing is just as happy to see you as you are them..I will definitely recommend.

Food was very good. One of the best burgers I’ve eaten. Had to sit outside and go back in for condiments. Staff was short handed. They said had nobody to bus the tables. We were only ones there. The staff was sitting at the tables playing on there phones. ?????

Love this place @ Sunset Hill. The best hamburgers as always! I thought it was close at first, but then we went in and had great meal as expected! Staff is very friendly! One thing I would change: put tables on front with open umbrellas. It will help with business! Thank you for great affordable meal!

Always fresh and delicious. They are currently closed on Monday and Tuesdays because they are short staffed and only have 4 employees. So no more kids nights right now. Thankfully they are still open because we love this place. Its such a great value - For the price, you're getting good quality food for the same or not much more than the cost of fast food. I love it and the kids love it. We've gone regularly over the last 9 years and always had a good experience and yum food. ? 10/10 recommend. We will go back again to support them. It's always clean and the staff are friendly even though I'm sure they may be over-worked due to being understaffed.

We were in Destin a couple of weeks ago and came here for lunch one day. We had 8 people in our party, 4 adults and 4 kids, and came for lunch. Our server, Taylor., was so good. She was patient with our kids, helping them select the perfect meal for them. She recommended drinks for us that were fabulous, and the food received was spot on! She was prompt with our refill, and let’s us linger awhile when were done! We will definitely be back and would love for Taylor to be our server again.

To be honest the burger wasn't as good as I remember, but the staff are rock stars! So very on the ball. You look confused for more than a second and they're there the next to help!

I was publicly humiliated and embaressed when a Fuddrucker's employee tracked me down in the dinning room to give me sh#t about eating a kids meal when I was not "under 12 years old". We will NEVER BE BACK! And I encourage everyone to avoid this restaurant.

My wife and I went in on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't crowded at all. It was clean. Very laid back atmosphere. The employees were all friendly. The food was hot and fresh. It was extremely good. I will be going back soon Great experience
