They were unbelievably slow years ago, and still. it should not take 15 minutes to make 3 tacos with one order in front. they nearly finished their food before i got mine. unreal

It was our first dinner there. My mother and I loved everything we had. We will be going back. We had the grill veggie tacos and queso and chips my mother’s favorite. Service with a smile was excellent thanks guys for making our night out great. See you next Thursday.

We ordered online and got delivery, half of the order wasn’t in the bags, and when we tried calling to get a replacement or refund, the line kept getting dropped. Never ordering from here ever again, trash service, trash atmosphere, and trash experience.

Cashier was incredibly rude. They saw a party of 6 arrive and intentionally told them it would be an hour before they would get their food to get them to leave. The restaurant had no one inside and they were not preparing to go orders. I will bypass this Fuzzy’s in the future in favor of a different restaurant.
We ordered 2 orders of nachos thru DoorDash. Paid $40. Got the order with items missing, food was minuscule at best. Grilled chicken nachos didn't have jalapeños as ordered and very little food on them. I drove them back to have the food redone. Took over 30 minutes although they were not busy. Got the food back, and it had a soapy taste. These employees tampered with our food. We eat here a lot, or we used to..... I will not be coming back for this any time soon. The last straw was no garlic sauce, which is a signature item for the nachos. Just pitifully done and retaliatory actions of employees is disgraceful. I miss the old Fuzzys. NEVER had issues like this before. So sad......😡🤬

Like many of the reviews we used to be frequent customers and thought we would give the place another try. Worst money we spent on dinner in a long time. Cashier was not pleasant and definitely seemed like she had better things to do than take care of us. As we waited for our food we noticed many dirty tables and an overall dirtiness to the entire restaurant. Our table looked clean, but was sticky. Food portions were way down. My husband and I used to get the nachos and split them with some leftover. Today they consisted of tasteless cheese and about a tablespoon or so of meat. My youngest ordered chicken sticks with ranch and he said the ranch tasted awful. During our dining experience the owners young daughter was running around the restaurant screaming and climbing on tables. Wish the original owners still owned the place. We will not return.
