This place doesn't feel like an authentic Mexican restaurant. I wouldn't recommend it; it's not my cup of tea. I ordered the basic queso and chips, and it tasted like melted shredded cheese with some spicy sprinkles on the chips. The barista tacos were dry, and the overall experience wasn't very welcoming.

It's a roll of the dice whether or not you will be taken care of. Sometimes they're fanominal, and sometimes they're horrible. It's unfortunate. I love that they use feta on their tacos. However it's not worth the employees lack of customer service.
Upon approaching the counter to order, we were told the kitchen has a 30 minute hold? ...so, at dinner time, with no one waiting, there is a massive delay? Another reason Westport just needs to give up, or kick out problematic tenants dragging everyone down.

Fuzzy’s Tacos is an absolutely amazing place to eat. Rose, our bartender, cashier, and overall service person, was the sweetest person on the planet. She was patient, she was respectful, she was busy the whole time we were here (BOTH TIMES, we came two nights in a row while out of town from KC), and she just had the most lovely energy. Rico, in the kitchen, had a couple short conversations with my boyfriend and was also the most friendly person we’d ever met. He had it together, he was getting through orders despite their short staff and these HORRIBLE customers around them getting angry at them. Rico was an amazing person and was just doing his job. Rico and Rose made such a big impact that we came two nights in a row to come show our support. Our other cashier, I didn’t catch her name but she had glasses and she was also amazing, as well as the other staff walking around. If anyone comes here and has anything negative to say, they’re privileged, impatient horrible people who have never worked in the food industry. So many customers were so rude to these amazing people and it made me feel horrible because the drinks, the service, and the food was all MORE THAN AMAZING. We will make Fuzzys a tradition every single time we visit St. louis. We LOVE you guys! Thank you!! - X and Alyssa

First time, it was cool...one complaint, shredded chicken on nachos could've been more shredded a little chunky for my liking 👍🏽
The good was delicious. It was difficult to know when the food was ready, so by the time I knew my food was ready, it was no longer hot. It still tasted great. The bathroom was pretty gross.

The guy taking my order seemed annoyed. Floor is sticky. Food was just ok. Margarita on the rocks was watered down with only a few pieces of ice. Trays are nasty and wet. Several dirty tables all around from previous guests. Gnats everywhere.

Service at the front for our orders was great. Very friendly and helpful. But we left after waiting for over half an hour for our food, and others that had arrived and ordered long before us had not received theirs either. Wish we could have gotten to taste and enjoy, but no food and no update on our food left a lot to be desired.

This place has went downhill. The floors were sticky and the restroom wasn't very clean. The food was good except the chips had a flour taste and they couldn't be eaten without salsa. Not sure what's going on with this place as the staff is friendly and the manager offered to remake several meals as they got the order wrong on all of them. Hopefully things get better.
The chick at the register complete disregarded my order despite me telling her no cheese, and no flour tortilla only corn. Got my order and it all had cheese, and all had flour tortillas. Pretty frustrating. I went and told the kitchen staff, and they quickly fixed the issue and were very friendly, despite them being slammed with orders and getting bullied by other customers. I really appreciate the kitchen staff and how they work so hard. Thank you.

2nd time visiting this location and will return again. Make sure to get app to earn points for each visit. The service is top notch both visits. Today 9/29 at lunch and not very busy. They do have outside seating. They do have kids menu if you never been.

The rude host/server shouted at us as we walked in and told us that if we weren’t ready to order we could leave. So we did. Won’t be back. Hire someone capable of taking orders without being nasty.

The staff at the restaurant, to start off with, were almost surprised to be working.It took over a half hour to receive our food. We wanted limes for our drinks and were told they do not have limes. What Mexican restaurant does not have limes? We were told that they would call our names when the food was ready. We expressed that we were sitting outside. She stated: "Well I guess you are going to have to check inside every few minutes". The experience was a true definition of work-a-raunt, including the rude "help", it was awful. We will never return.
