We went to dinner here on Sunday 9.28.2025. It was tremendously delicious. Not only is the food fabulous, the staff is beyond friendly, jovial and the atmosphere is wonderful. It is directly across the street from the Fox and a great place for a lovely dinner before a show at the Fox. I really enjoyed it!

My daughter and I stopped in before going to see &Juliet at the Fox Theater! The restaurant was so nice and clean! Jeff, our waiter, was super nice and friendly! The food was delicious and we were surprised with dessert at the end! The staff was friendly from the time we entered the door. Definitely coming back!

I wouldn’t necessarily call it fine dining, but it was a great experience! Every single staff member was so pleasant. It honestly felt like you were being invited into someone’s home to eat a meal they prepared for you the way service was. Everything has seasoning! If you like bland unseasoned food, it’s not going to be your place, but if you like seasoned food, you’re in for a treat. We had the Philly cheese steak and seafood pasta. Both were great and huge portions! Great prices for what you get and in this location where they can get away with over pricing most food being next to the Fox. And they gave us dessert on the house. I’m not sure if that’s the norm because it seemed like everyone around us got free dessert. It was a very comforting atmosphere and great way to start off our date before going to the Fox for a show.

We arrived and were greeted by the owner/manager. We were seated promptly at the location we requested. Service was reasonable, it was clean both in dining area and restrooms. We couldn’t have had nicer and attentive staff. Give it a try.

The restaurant could use some updating. The food was good. The staff is the best thing about the evening. The host and waitstaff went above and beyond in service! We will return.

We waited over an hour and a half for two salads, the dressing for one salad was horrible, when we tried to talk to the owner about the salad and the wait, the owner was rude and disrespectful, we told him that we would not be returning, he said that fine that he's still going to make his money regardless, no apology, no compensation, paid over $50 for two salads, it's sad when you try and patronize a black owned establishment and this is the treatment that you receive.. Not worth it..
Roasted vegetables=frozen mixed vegetables microwaved. Saffron rice=overcooked Uncle Ben’s rice. Meal was rounded out with an awful Pinot. Gross just gross.

The service was terrible. We went as part of a group before a matinee at the Fox. Got there at 11am and at 12:30pm 6 or 7 of our group still had not received their orders. When I ordered my wife said we were going to share a meal and she said”great, that is just what we don’t want, people sharing a meal and taking up a paying seat.” That made us mad. They ended up tacking a 20% gratuity on the bill. Needless to say we will not be going back. The chicken fingers were dry and other people in our group complained about the food being overly done.

We had reservations for 24. Service was horrible it took an hour and half for some of us to get our food. Five people never got their food. I had a salad and never got the dressing for it. Our next trip to the fox we will eat some place else

We stopped in for a quick drink before a show at the Fox, and had the best time at the bar. Our bartender was so lovely and made very delicious drinks!! We will stop in again for a pre show drink again for sure.
