I understand it’s frustrating when a customer comes in 20 to close . But guy with the beard slamming a box down scoffing and shaking your head is terrible customer service .

Only one worker but she was so so sweet! I got a pistachio toffee nut iced latte with oat milk, it was a bit lighter on the espresso than I would have liked. Now I know to order an extra shot next time, still delicious and fair prices!

I have been a customer for a few Sundays in a row and the cofee is great, and the girl that works there is incredibly sweet , but the guy that works there is very rude. I did leave mu chair in the wrong spot and that was my mistake, however he could've told me to put it back in a more polite manner. I will not be back unless the owner let's him go

This Coffee shop was amazing! On a road trip from KC MO to Orlando FL and back this is the best coffee place we stopped at. They are efficient and friendly. Coffee was not acidic or burnt. We ordered 6 drinks, 5 plain lattes and 1 mocha and they were all wonderful. Give them a try! So much better than your run of the mill chain coffee places.

While the service was attentive and thorough the cold brew tasted not like cold brew but like watery chilled hot brewed coffee from the day before. But if you don’t care that much about your coffee and just drink for the caffeine content and not the flavor you’ll probably be fine.

Gateway Coffee Company is a nice coffee shop. Their coffee they get from Crimson Coffee in Columbus, OH, and their pastries are from a local pastries store. The coffee cake muffins we had were intriguing as they had a salty external layer that was actually nice to the taste buds. I gave it a four star because the coffee and food were good, but there is no kitchen, and nothing is actually made by Gateway Coffee., still a solid place to stop at and pick up a coffee or tea.
