The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to. So I could write a reviewWe ordered our meals. There were 3 of us. When we got our food. We only got half our order. We didn't receive the pancakes. They said they would be out in a minute or two. My grandson meal had a hair in it . We sent it back and asked for some pancakes for him. 30 minutes later we are finished with what food we received. Still no pancakes and grandson still has had no breakfast. When we told them we were ready to go. We asked to adjust our bill the only thing they took off the bill was my grandson meal. We had to pay full price for our meals. Even though it was only half the meal. Then she said the pancakes are ready now would you like to take them with you. By now it is 1 hr after we ordered.

The food was horrible they crammed all the food on one small plate I had to ask for additional plate to remove my hash brown that on same plate with the ,omelette that was flat. the omelette was flat as though they just stirred the meat into the eggs, hash brown potatoes were cold and not always done and the pancakes was cold. Waitress came two time took my order, brought me an additional plate that I asked for & brought the food ,did not come back and see if I needed anything else. But came back to give me the ticket to pay for the horrible food.

Sticky tables, bland food, and rude staff. They only clean the top of the tables, but when you sit down your shirt sticks to the side because sides of the tables are sticky. We came in an hour before closing and the staff rushed us the entire time. The food had no seasoning and tasted very bland. The only good food was the pancakes. Prices were high for the amount of food you get. I would not come back here.

First time visiting this spot while visiting my Dad. He enjoys coming here and I can see why. The food was delicious. I cleaned up that skillet dish and was sad when I realized the consumption was over. Obviously I'd had enough and I was full. But... The flavors were so good I was just bummed when it was done.

The only reason I am not giving it a perfect rating is because the plates they serve the pancakes on are too small. They are exact size as the pancakes so when you pour syrup on them it runs off the plate all over table.

Food cold and tasteless. Almost 2 hr wait although we were seated immediately. They forgot to cook our food and when they did they let it sit in the back until it was delivered to us cold. All of the servers walked around looking mad that they were working. No apologies for any of our time wasted and cold food. We'll never go back.
The food was excellent both times I was in here. The second time the waitress even remembered the kind of omelet I had on my previous visit. My friend also had an omelet. Both were excellent. The pancakes are the fluffiest I ever had. Looking forward to trying the french toast when I return. I love it but can't make it. The atmosphere is fine but it's normal so don't expect anything other than kind of homey. Had except service plenty of attention without being annoying

The staff here are always friendly, and the food is always well made. I ordered blueberry pancakes and where most other places just dump a handful, whomever made my pancakes lovingly placed each blueberry and made it where I had one in each bite.The burritos here are also so good, even if you get it to go and toss it in the air fryer the next day. They are giant burritos, stuffed skillfully so you get everything in each bite.I'm still working my way around the menu, but you can't go wrong with what you pick here.Vegetarian options: There is a decent vegetarian side, though keep in mind it's most likely made on the same griddle as meat.Parking: There's lots of parking, since it's in a big plazaKid-friendliness: There's lots of kid friendly options on the menuWheelchair accessibility: There's an average number of handicap parking spots, and there's a ramp to get in, as well as the doors open nice and wide
