This is no longer a Goodcents location. If there is a new shop here they should setup a new place within Google instead of using the old Goodcents location and using its reviews

After having to wait for them to cook our frozen chicken, they barely put any on our chicken bacon ranch sandwiches when it’s supposed to be one of the main ingredients. We even made a comment about how it probably won’t be enough but the worker said “it should be.” A lot of the ingredients did not seem as fresh as Goodcents had been. We also got cookies which were not even completely solid, very dough-y. They would fall apart if you tried picking it up! Will not be coming here again.

Since becoming STL subs, this place has just gone downhill. Everytime that I've been here it's been a bunch of teenagers not working, but messing around. The bread is terrible. The toaster was broken for weeks, not sure if it still is because I haven't been back. Goodcents was good, not really sure why you would switch away from that.

The guy that made my sandwich was nice... but since they dropped the Goodcents franchise its basically fallen apart. I dont see how they can last much longer... and thats sad because Goodcents was great.

Their oven has been broke going on 3-4 weeks now and today they were also out of bacon and garlic bread limiting what they could make to less than half their total sandwhiches. Chips were out as well.

Have been a loyal customer since they opened but things have really gone downhill in recent months. With today’s visit, they were out of 75% of their bags of chips, the toaster was broken which one staff said it’s been for over a month while laughing, there were two soda choices marked out of order, there were only two straws available for our drinks along with trash laying around. They are often out of menu items and the boys working there don’t seem to take their jobs seriously. There were two guys joking around in the back while one guy made the sandwiches, dressed them, packed them and checked me out. We had met the owner when she first opened and were impressed with their product. We used to buy their dinner entrees to go but those haven’t been stocked in quite a while. Maybe they have new owners or going out of business? Not sure we’ll be back. Always try to support locally owned but this one has changed.

The sub was great. Fresh bread and fresh ingredients. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.
Tried to order a steak and cheese 3 weeks in a row every week they are sold out of steak. Don’t waste your time if you want to order off the full menu

Good food, quick, pretty cheap. But they always charge 13% tax when the tax is not that high here. Hopefully the company investigates, I have a feeling the workers are pocketing the extra money

We were in a bind and needed sandwiches for about 20 people within a few hours. We called several sandwich shops, and they denied our request, saying they needed at least a day for larger orders. Finally, we called Goodscents and they were willing to accommodate us! They got us 2 boxes full of delicious sandwiches with small bottles containing mayo, oil, vinegar and small containers with tomatoes and onions. Our college basketball ladies and I were very grateful!
