good coffee selection, but disappointed in the parties/baked goods (we tried 3 different items)

Great coffee shop on my recent visit to St. Louis. Lots of options and I was happy to see some Ethiopian whole beans to purchase and try later. Worth checking out their wall of coffee options to take home.

This is my overall favorite place for coffee in St. Louis. Every cafe has their strengths but this one makes for my overall top rated cafe. Quality service, food, beans, and creativity on their menu all at a good price. Their bottomless drip is just a dollar more than their large, which is very good value!

Stopped in for an on-the-go espresso. One of the best tasting espressos I’ve had in a while! Picked up a bag of coffee beans too.

Never been to this tucked in gem in Soulard but if you haven't been, you're missing out. Goshen coffee has your regular black coffee & also their specialty coffee menu! They also offer some smaller bites like a burrito & overnight oats! Delish. Order at the counter & they'll call your order up. Super simple here. There are two levels so you can sit in the main area or go up to the upstairs for a little more private room.

Staple and consistent coffee spot in our community! My overnight oats were fantastic! I never order overnight oats so it was an out of the ordinary treat. We got all the other things as well: avocado toast, some eggs, a breakfast burrito!I’m basic with my black coffee but enjoying the simplicity and richness of a classic black coffee is something I’ve come to terms with!

Coffee selection was amazing and definitely hit the spot. The service was great and they kindly explained their menu options. Upstairs was cozy and was a perfect place to get some work done!

Gotta Love An Unexpected Surprise ☕️While delivering Amazon orders, I was craving a got cup of coffee. No sooner than that I look up and see Goshen! I walked into a small but cozy little spot giving big coffee house vibes.I could quickly tell it was a neighborhood favorite.A young woman pleasantly greeted me and I asked for my most favorite coffee drink, 16oz mocha latte hot with oat milk, extra shot. She informed me that it came with 2 shots already and my extra shot would make it 4 total. I pumped my brakes at 2. While she started on my drink I took a gander at the baked goods in the case. Scones. The scone that caught my attention in particular was the honey jalapeño cheddar scone. You know I asked about them. She tried to play them down but I could see the steam bellowing up from the flakey pastry. She told me they were warm… SOLD!My mocha latte was definitely one of the best I’ve had in a while. Full, rich, and chocolatey. And those 2 shots weren’t playing. And the scone… that was a MEAL! Every bite was even more savory than the last. You can immediately taste the honey, followed by a gentle jalapeño hug. It’s airy, slightly cheesy… my God. smh

No cup sleeves for to-go cups; it was too hot to carry so I had to double cup it. No stirring sticks, just plastic straws that would immediately melt. Feels like they specialize in iced coffee, I'm sure those are fine.

This is a nice place, but the quality of the coffee and the matcha depends on who's making it. Sometimes it is delicious, and sometimes (esp weekdays) it is really, really bad. The avocado toasts are fine, just a little overpriced.
