I will give service a 5 star because the young lady was working by herself and she did the best she could and was very nice. However, the building had no heat and outside is was 32 degrees so you can only imagine how cold the inside was. I went back out side to get my little throw blanket and sat with my hood on my head. We had a group lunch there so that's why we stayed and dealt with it. The Cajun chicken pasta was ok but the wings was a little over cooked. A coworker was in last week and she inquired about coming again this week and asked would there be more food choices. She was told yes that it would be this week. However, that did not happen.

Today was my first time at GossUp. I had the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta with 3 wings. It was amazing, seasoned perfectly and not too spicy. My guy has been telling me about this place for a year. I will definitely be going back to try the seafood pasta!
The food here was wonderful! I had the catfish and my friend had the salmon bites. I must say they both were delicious!

Worst food experience I have had in a long time. Takeout for 5 and all but one person had a bad experience. Ordered the veggie melt and it had 2 broccoli florets, 2 pepper slivers and onions on burnt toast. Threw in the trash. Other orders were missing signicant items. Not interested in getting replacement food as they should have taken more care in preparing what got which took an hour and a half. Must be run by an amateur.

It’s really hard to support my people because customer service is non existent but yet I continue. I understand cook to order but 31 minutes, is excessive in a restaurant with no customers or orders bagged and waiting to be picked up. While waiting about 24 minutes, I inquired on the status of our food and was told it was coming up but yet it didn’t for another 7 minutes. We’re sitting at the table waiting and the owner can be heard saying “do you want cold or fresh food?”. She then asks the cashier did you tell them it’s cooked to order. At this point how rude and unprofessional. The food is delivered in intervals and with plastic ware. You serve the food on dishes but give us plastic ware. I guess the dining experience has changed that plastic ware is acceptable abd common practice but not an option. The owner abruptly comes over to our table very aggressive and rude, asking what’s going or the problem something along those lines. Her body language and demeanor was very off putting and I express the dissatisfaction of the length of time it took to receive our food. The brief word exchange went from there and she had a condescending and snide apology that it took 31 minutes of my time. Never did she introduce herself as the owner but I knew she was from the poster at the counter. Now onto the food……. Fish 10/10, dressing was not homemade but gave the taste of stove top stuffing, yams were very yummy and the Mac cheese 5/10. While I’ve eaten here before via DoorDash and loved the chicken pasta and was excited to dine in but I leave very disappointed.

We hosted a private event at the restaurant. The owner was very accommodating. We even provided our menu selections ahead of time to have a smoother experience. I had the Salmon & Veggie Pasta and it was $26.99. I even had leftovers! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Don’t quite understand how pasta is in the business name and they use jar pasta sauce. I was disappointed and assumed the sauce would be made from scratch. The put shredded cheddar cheese on top which is not what goes on top of Alfredo. The wings were fried nice & crispy but didn’t really have any seasoning on it. Might try again and order something other than pasta.
