Decadent food, kind service, and whoever picked the kickoff song for today's playlist chose well. It's hard to have a bad time with Wreckless Eric, Lou Reed and The Stooges playing in the background. Punk and pancakes. I'm happy. Oh, and the best grits I've ever had.

Initially went here for the shrimp and grits which ended up being a special. They did not have it and couldn’t accommodate for it. But I’d went ahead since I’d already waited and ordered a bowl of grits (MY GOD! LIKE GRANNY’S GRITS), the potatoes(IM A POTATO LOVER AND GEESSHHH THEY WERE AMAZING with their house made queso, and a few eggs! EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! Service was top tier and overall I’m glad I’d gave it a try! Definitely will be going back to try the beignets!...

The pancakes are really good. I get the kids version so I can portion out the amount of butter and syrup. Breakfast potatoes are also very good.
