The grouchy lady is actually turning people away from ordering when they don’t close for another 4 hours. ? Something about “we be done for the day, we is short handed” The brother behind the grill gave me the mean mug like he wanted to shoot me for ordering a sandwich. Food was good, but omg, not worth it.

The Classic burger was the best burger I have had in my entire life. If i had to eat only one food for the rest of my life it would be the Classic burger from this amazing restaurant. Wow. It tasted like it was made with so much love and I love it equally as much. It was so good I almost ate the plate and my napkins. I wish i had this shop where i’m from because I would be there every day. 10/10 burger

It's a fast food restaurant at the airport, you get the quality you expect at a fast food restaurant (not too bad, consistent, tasty)The service is just okay. Frankly, that's pretty typical of airport fast food. They're business comes in spurts and they probably get overwhelmedThere's no place to sit down at the restaurant, so you have to take your food to the gate. Not idealI got the tots, and they hit the spot

Lady taking orders got pissed when I tried to order a burger before 9:30am. I wasn't aware that they didn't do burgers before 9:30am. She was rude person and didn't even bother to be nice when I asked. Didn't order anything after that, figured the food quality wouldn't be worth it.

A nice spot to get breakfast in Terminal A. The staff was nice and the food was good. I got the staple sandwich and I was satisfied with the meal. Especially the bread they used for the sandwich it pretty much melted in my mouth.Parking: The location is located inside the airport terminal.

Burger patty was overcooked and didn't look fresh, bun was very greasy and fries looked like they were fried for 2nd time.

I had an early morning flight and decided to eat breakfast at the airport. Grounded in St. Louis was a great choice. I ordered one of the breakfast sandwiches, and it was wonderful! Located in terminal "A" for those that want a hot good breakfast sandwich or burger not dry ?... ?Try "Grounded" in St Louis International Airport. Terminal "A".They will not disappoint. There is a lot to be said about brick and mortar.
The cashier who took the orders is rude and unprofessional! I asked her if fries come with the order. Her response, “You are at the airport”. We made a mistake with our order. Luckily the supervisor was close by. He was sweet and respectful and fixed the order for us. The cashier was upset and started to talk about me behind my back. My husband was still standing there and he said to her there’s no need for all of that. Her response was, I wasn’t talking to you and I’m going to keep rolling my eyes if I want to. Her behavior is absolutely disgusting and uncalled for. When you read the reviews, believe it! Disrespectful customer service. They need training.

Burger was absolutely stellar; got the double classic. Really impressed. Onion rings fantastic too! Note that they don’t have a lot on staff so the cook time is a little slow, but it’s freshly made. Definitely the place to eat in this terminal
