What can I add to what others have said? Food was great, Wait time worth it, food is not sitting under heat lamps waiting for customers, it's prepared ready to cook, but not before it's ordered. That in mind and as the weather's still a bit cool, I advise ordering ahead. As for the staff, nicest folks I've met outside of church, in while. I did peek in the take out window and noted the kitchen looks clean and well organized.So, it may look a little plain on the outside, there's plenty of good food coming from the inside.

Fresh, made to order. Everything was good. Great price, received 2 meals for $25. Cash only. Black owned. Must wait outside , as this place does not have indoor seating (order food through window). you won’t be disappointed.I ordered chicken wings and tilapia . It was great, will be back!
Catfish is the best in St Louis, no question.
My family and I visited the restaurant at the particular time we were short on time due to a family funeral, as a result we were not able to dine/ nor purchase food because they do not have ATM or take credit cards. The food smell very good?

I gave it a 4 because the portions are nice. I could just tell that the grease was old and the fish and okra was cooked too long

First time trying this place and it was just ok,burger was just plain tasting,chicken really didn't have any taste,tripe was crispy but not done in the inside and fries want good at all.
One of the few places that has buffalo fish. Food is made to order and delicious. Its a small shack with a walk up window where you can place your order.
