We were seated at our table and ignored for 10-15 minutes before we decided to leave.

Jeff (definitely not a Geoff) could not have been a better bartender. Very helpful in our time of need (power outage). Well-crafted cocktails, delectable desserts, and great conversation. He even gave us a bag of ice for the road since our power was out. Above and beyond. We will be back. Thanks Jeff!

My wife and I were celebrating Valentine's Day. We had an amazing date exactly three years prior. Steak was perfection! She had fillet with macaroni and cheese topped with lobster! Perfect as well!

You know what you are getting into here! I did have one complaint, I wish I hadn't eaten so much so I couldn't had dessert!

Really loved the environment, however service was poor, I had to send my steak back three times and it still wasn’t cooked properly, and the drink menu is really misleading. Really wanted to like this place 😕

While visiting a friend for 3 weeks in St. Louis we dined in twice at this wonderful establishment. I ate the same thing both times. The dry-aged bone in ribeye medium rare cooked to perfection, a loaded baked potato and a wedge salad!! I would have licked the plate if it was not bad manners to do so. We took dessert to go. Hard choice but got the plain cheesecake both times. Let me tell you this piece a cheesecake you get is the size of half a pie!!! That could be dessert for a few days! We sat at the bar by choice. I loved watching the bartender make all the different drinks he was happy to explain what each one was!!! Thank you Erin and Jeff for 2 wonderful dinner experiences. Kudos to the chef!!

We had the soup butternut squash and the vegetable salad before our fabulous steaks. The birthday boy was gifted a bread pudding. Soooo good. I also had the Hamilton spritzer Delish!

I've picked up deliveries here and decided to have my birthday dinner here 2/15, which we had reservations set for 9:30pm. From the time our party of 5 arrived to the time we wobbled out, the staff were super attentive and the food was absolutely amazing. I have to give a very special thank you and shout out to our server(I believe his name was Jim) for making our first experience here extraordinary. The way he explained the off menu specials and where all of the ingredients come from was super dope finding this out. Yall know I LOVE mules, so the "Stormy Monday" was right up my alley and I was shocked that the puree didn't affect the fizz of the ginger beer, plus it was strong too😊. As far as food, we were all obsessed with the homemade French bread w/roasted salt & garlic butter and while everyone else ordered the "Roasted Dry Rub Salmon"(they all loved it and hubby said it was a lil on the spicy side for him-he also removed the nuts and added a lobster tail), I decided to try the "Crispy Lions Mane Steak" for the first time and I'm so glad it was delicious AF! I've been wanting to try lions mane for a while-make sure you eat this in a timely manner bc it's topped with whipped potatoes, apples, grilled onions and coconut milk the sogginess will start(it's still 🔥 tho). Since it was my Birfday, I also received a piece of bread pudding which was delicious AF, but too rich for my blood to eat there so I took it home. Overall, I'm giving them a 5/5 and will definitely be back to try more....thank you guys for your hospitality 🥰

I ended up at this place by accident having originally made a reservation at another restaurant. ( I’m from out of town and can’t t read a map)

Best mistake ever!

The staff from hostess to the servers were all very welcoming and friendly. Other servers besides my server would help bus my table and top off my drink. I thought that was really cool.

The food was outstanding. Had the 22oz dry aged bone in rib eye with the peppercorn sauce perfectly cooked and the sauce gave it an excellent umami flavor almost like pate. The combination of the sauce and steak reminded me of the epic beef Wellingtons I’ve eaten.

IMO one of the best steakhouses in the country. I’m from Chicago and frequent Prime, Bavettes, Swift and Sons etc. this place should be a Mecca for steak lovers!

Will definitely be spreading the gospel of Hamilton and Bourbon and look forward to making it back sometime.

Drove in from out of town for a girls night. Sat at the bar (even called ahead and they were so wonderful to ensure they’d have a spot for us). Fabulous and friendly bartenders that will go above and beyond to exceed expectations of their creations. I was able to share a filet and Brussels along with a Caesar with a friend! They easily split the items for us and played them nicely. In house Caesar dressing and steak cooked to perfection. Will define my be back to try more! This place is a gem.

We went for the food and stayed for the experience. Charles provided the best dining experience I think I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is great. The food was cooked to perfection. 10/10 overall. We had the Wagu and the Bone in

Hamilton’s has long been a favorite celebration spot for us, but sadly, it feels like the quality has slipped in recent visits. What used to be exceptional cuts of meat are now a far cry from their former glory. On three separate occasions, we gave it another shot, hoping for the high standard we once loved, but the ribeye, for example, now feels more akin to something you’d find at Applebee’s than a true steakhouse.

That said, Hamilton’s still has its charm, and service remains decent, but I don’t think I can give it the recommendation I used to. I hope they figure things out.

The service was amazing of a top tier quality. The dishes were well thought out and wonderfully executed. The atmosphere was very chill and diverse. My wife and I celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary here with a last minute reservation and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Jim was a great waiter, very considerate and hospitable. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a controlled and pleasant fine dining experience. We will be coming back.
