This was the cutest shop and this was the absolute best cheesecake I've ever had, as well as super friendly service. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town.
While the cheesecake that we got was absolutely delicious, their customer service was really lacking. I ordered a cheesecake online for pickup and paid extra for a custom message because it was my son's birthday. When I got home and took a closer look at the cake I realized the custom message was wrote in a fruit sauce. My son has some sensory issues with food and would not be able to eat the cake with the fruit sauce on it. There was nowhere on the online order form that...
The Cashier was delightful, whereas the gentleman who prepared the next large cheesecake order was semi courteous and had no gloves on when removing the mixed slices from one tray to my purchased tray.
