This is the most amicable Hard Rock we have ever been in, excellent service and great atmosphere, did I mention the food? We ordered wings, they had the best glazed I had tried in years and a flat bread salad, it was soo savoury. It's awesome even if the station is under remodel, go to the Hard Rock you won't regret it.

Restaurant hours for Saturday on the website states 11am to 1am. Called to place a to go order around 10:55pm and was put on "hold". The guy just placed the phone down so I can hear a lot of noise in the background. Finally, about 2 minutes later, a different guy picked up the phone and asked how he could help. I informed him that I was waiting to place a to go order. He stated that the kitchen is closed. I asked if they're open until 1am. He said yes but we've closed our kitchen already, just the bar is open now. Maybe the restaurant hours should be a little more specific; restaurant hours/bar hours.

They have the best service and food! Ask for Lulu as your server. She's by far the best server I have ever had! She's super friendly and very sweet. 😊

Staff very unfriendly. I love Hard Rock Cafe in many cities. They are alive and always a fun place to go. This one in St Louis had a greeter that could barely look up from her phone to seat us. We had called earlier to make reservations and were told that no reservations were necessary because they were not busy the night we wanted to go. When we arrived, we were told we couldn't be seated for some time because the restaurant was booked. When we explained about our earlier attempt to make reservations, we were told that that never happened. Two different people in our group called for reservations and were told the same thing. Very unreliable staff and management.

The service was great! Our servers name was Bear and he did an outstanding job. The reason for leaving a one star review is because of the lack of portion size for the price. The burger I ordered was $20 after tax and was not even close to being good. I would have much rather gone to the store and cooked my own burger rather than spending $20 on a burger that did not taste good.
