I pulled into the drive thru 10 minutes before breakfast ended. The drive thru attendant told me they were not serving lunch yet. I asked if lunch began at 10:30 a.m., and she replied, Yes. I said, "OK, I'll come back around 10:30 then." "She said yes ma'am, Thank you." I waited 15 minutes on the parking lot, just to give a little extra time for the switch. I came back to the drive-thru line prepared to order chicken strips, she stops me mid order after asking, "How can I help you?" She says, 'I'm not ready for lunch........I replied, it's 10:34," she says, "Yes, and I'm not ready for lunch." She could have just told me what time it was better to return if she needed more time to prepare. It just came off nonchalantly as if she didn't feel like switching over. It was a waste of my time, and I didn't get to eat what I really wanted. She needs better customer service training and communication skills. There are a total of 3 Hardees in all of St. Louis and 2 of them are deep South County. Nobody is driving out there. So this location is most convenient. I've never had a problem here before. I'm very disappointed.

Went to order at the drive-through, but they weren’t displaying the current menu apparently. When I informed them of this I was told somebody hadn’t made it out there yet. How am I supposed to order when you’re not giving me your menu?

Wrong order was served. I had to wait again for right order while there's employees coming back and forward talking loud among each other homeless people sleeping in chairs and was dirty as hell.
Good food and nice staff but the place was super sketchy last time I was there. Guy walking around talking to himself. Another dude sleeping. Another one watching a show without headphones. Felt like an inner city McDonald's.

I ordered last night and my drink was missing and our food was cold. I was in contact with the dasher, but she revealed that it was her sister doing the deliveries. Upon getting the order, her "sister" said that one of the employees threw our drink at her, but the "original" dasher said her "sister" did not tell her about that No one from the store would answer last night and when I called this morning, the manager just hung up on me. This is why I am reaching out this way and letting it be known of such horrible service... but at least the food order was "correct", smh. I gave 2 stars for service, just because the dasher was part of it. All in all, just horrible. Wasn't worth the trouble, should of just went to bed hungry, lol

Now look honestly you guys have to stop closing down your restaurants I sent you a post 3 weeks ago or so telling you you need to move one of your stores closer to West Florissant and 270 not down there like the one you closed off of lilac and 270 I really wished you guys wouldn't have closed that store that's the only one close to me please please please please please open another one closer to 270 and West Florissant please

Always a go to stop till today, went through the drive thru 4 am this morning for a candied bacon biscuit as I like to do on my way home from work every Friday/Saturday to get home after my 30 minute drive a realize they didn’t even put a candy bacon biscuit in my bag! Won’t be returning after this inconvenience! Literally the only thing I wanted

Went to drive thru and at 5:15 am and the lady serving me. I asked her was she only serving breakfast? She said yes. I told her that only the lunch menu was at the drive thru now. I asked her did she have any deals going on forbreakfast? She told you to have a nice day.
