Ordered online via their app. Easy, fast, came to pick up. Great Customer service as always. I do want to make a correction on the video, I will be back I just won’t be ordering the Super Bacon Egg & Cheese. I’ll be sticking to the Regular Bacon Egg & Cheese meal. The App awarded me the Raisin Cinnamon Roll, it definitely doesn’t look like their advertisement but it was warm. I’m a bodybuilder so eating a sandwich & tasting everything but the egg sucks. But the entire meal was warm so that’s a good thing.

I can not believe the terrible experience I just had here!! I asked about a type of breakfast sandwich and it was not what I wanted and she said ao you want the super biscuit I said no I do not she then said you want I then said I only want a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with extra bacon and interrupted and said you want the combo and I said no I just want the sandwich and a medium Diet Coke. She then said so you want the combo, again I said no and she ok it’s $6.35 thinking that doesn’t sound right. Got to the window and she took my card handed me the receipt and it says super bacon biscuit and no drink. When she finally came back with the sandwich I mentioned I’m sorry I thought you heard me say I wanted a Diet Coke, she said nope so I asked if I could get one and was astonished when she told me it’s $3.39 and I said just in conversation man that’s a medium price and she said no I just gave you a small the medium is $4.06!!! I should have said forget it but since she already made it I paid her cash and drove off feeling like I had just been ripped off. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to Hardee’s in Hampton. Not rude but not nice at all acted like I was more a bother than a paying customer.

There is an older gentleman that works there who serves me around 5 AM and his customer service is on point. He is very helpful and deserves a raise for his outstanding customer service He's always letting you know about promotions and deals of the day and I appreciate that Hardee's breakfast sandwiches are by far the best that you can get as far as fast food goes.

I order a mushroom burger and I wanted a shake this is around lunchtime! I asked if the shakes are ready and the lady said it was not. She asked if I wanted to a combo but I said no. I wouldn’t dare eat here not with that I’m just here attitude. My burger is cold and they cook it too fast I knew it was not right.
The only reason I am giving 5 stars is solely because of the very kind gentleman working drove through on 10/7 at 7:45. Give him a raise.

Strange happenings... obviously this place is right down street from the zoo in STL. I am not concerned for my own welfare but apparently this place has a poor tolerance allowance for drama with potential to escalate. Inside with children and apparently something led to verbal altercation between a customer and multiple employees. Which then led to heating this situation further. Before the children were loaded in vehicle completely and we had gotten out of parking lot multiple employees came out to further escalate against single customer once... they went back inside... and one employee was already out of store on sidewalk with gun in hand before we were off the lot. Seriously... I had children in vehicle. Definitely not a family friendly spot today. Do better Hardee's. This area should not be violence tolerant as it is literally down street from forest park. Get it together. I want to add... this was 4 in the afternoon on Saturday of a perfectly beautiful day.
