We went through the drive thru , this was the first time we had been to Hardee’s . I wasn’t clear on the size of the meals they offer . The girl was very rude . We then had to park and wait for our food . The same girl brought out our food and was very rude again . Poor customer service , we won’t be back

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 -5 pack of beef tacos. The meat was so bad, my son and I both couldn’t finish not 2nod the tacos. When I call d to inquire why f the recipe had been changed the manager said yes about3-4 months ago. Absolutely awful. With customer service nothing was offered to rectify the situation or for service recovery. I used to enjoy Hardee’s but quality in service and food has gone down dramatically.

I sat in this drive through "waiting for my food". It was 4 biscuits. Then after 20 min of "waiting" I decided to go in. 4 other people mad at how long they've been waiting. I was told "it'll just be few more minutes we're busy" There were 4 people. TOTAL. You can't handle 4 orders in 20 min? So I just got my money back and went somewhere more competent. All this place has is excuses and waiting. AVOID THIS DUMP.

Got the cinnamon raisin biscuits and they drizzled a pinch of icing on top. I was less than impressed. Most Hardee’s will put a fair amount of icing but this time there was hardly any at all. I should have taken a photo to post.
