I eat at this location a lot, but food of late is lukewarm and cheese is cold. Love new grilled cheese breakfast, but has been cold. This morning no coffee and biscuits and gravy had no sausage. Very disappointing!!!!!

11/30/25 around 5:15pm. Got home, I live 5 min away, and my burger was literally cold and my regular fries were gross and mixed together with curly fries. Like not just a few, but like 50/50. Absolutely the worst Hardees food I have ever gotten and they weren’t even busy. No one in the drive thru and maybe 2 cars in the lot. I would have totally understood if they told me it would be a few minutes to wait on fresh fries and a burger. I would have rather waited than to pay for that crap they gave me. And I’m not one to leave a lot of reviews, but this was just unacceptable.

Had a mobile order of 4 loaded burritos. Picked them up had to ask if there were 4 burritos they said thought there were 3...I bought them for my team and they were not good. They tasted old, no hot sauce, hash browns were greasy...I will not be back. I spent over $30 and we trashed over half of it.

The breakfast biscuit sandwich I got barely had anything on it, couldn't even taste any egg. The sandwich maybe had a slice of bacon, and a little cheese. For the price I expected more.

Stopped here for breakfast and it was all great! I still think that of all the fast food franchises out there Hardee's has the best breakfast. Their biscuits seem to be the most like homemade. The stuff at other places look like it just came out of the box and into the microwave. I have always found this location to have consistently good food. Great location and easy access.
The person that waited on me Sasha to greeted me with a smile she made sure my order was correct and she took my payment she was quick about it overall she's pretty great person
