Some friends and I went to try out the $6.99 meal. That will NEVER happen again!! The tiny burgers tasted just like I'd imagine burnt cardboard would taste like. Bad news period.

Hardee's used to be my favorite place for fast food breakfast but this location has consistently disappointed me. The quality of food is absolutely TERRIBLE! Over the last several years, I've had to take my food back to be remade more often than not. Today was no different other than I couldn't take it back and had to throw almost $30 worth of food away since I had gone through the drive through. The biscuits are always burnt, hard and dry, the eggs are overdone/burnt, and the bacon is burnt. Not to mention, the biscuits are rarely split evenly and often don't even cover the top. The service is ok until you have to ask them to remake your food. They will then definitely let you know how annoyed they are by your request. After today's experience, I will not be going back there for breakfast, and I would recommend that you go next door to Starbucks, across the street to Burger King or find a McDonald's!

Manager does not check the orders after giving the order to the customer. I have to do his job in order to let him know that they’re not doing a good job so check your order before you leave. Missing food item….Big Hot ham Chesse!!

They had incompetent people working there. When we got home, our ham sandwiches had 2 slices of ham and it looks like they sat and pressed down the buns to where they were as flat as a pancake. We'll never go to that Hardy's again. It totally sucks. No wonder nobody's ever there..

Food (hamburger) was terrible, thru a hunk of white lettuce on top, tomatoes were rotten and condiments were so thick you could hold the sandwich without the condiments falling out. What a waste of money. Product and presentation were a F- Never again.

I was so disappointed. 1st there oven wasn't working so mo biscuits and then I order the fresco combo and they didn't put the egg on it and my hash browns where cold. And I couldn't go back because I was back on the road

Not so great this time. I ordered two sausage breakfast wraps and received just one, and it was bacon, not wrapped-- just like sort of folded with the paper, and lukewarm. I don't think it was ever hot because the cheese was cold and still in shreds like it had never been melted. The hash browns were good, hot and crispy. I also had a coupon for a free biscuit and it was okay-- positively swimming in icing though, biscuit completely covered all the way around and down the sides and there was probably a quarter inch deep of icing in the bottom of the box. It was too much icing. I don't even know what I paid because they said at the window to pull around, and then I was not told or given a receipt. I have no idea if I got what I paid for or paid too much or what. I usually go to the one on Lemay Ferry and they consistently do really well, but I was in the area of this one.

Had issue with app called Claudia the manager at butler hill, don't know anything not helpful and rude, will not return. Called corporate no help either don't use app or go to butler hill location. Employees need to know about app so does corporate no one knows how to cancel order I was in high ridge on hardee parking lot sent my food to butler hill. Claudia said well come get we made it don't know anything about app.
