I had the tenders and I was very disappointed. I'm not sure if it was the grease or batter that made it taste like mop water. I was looking forward to finally try Harold's. I won't be back.

I'm from the Westside and Southside of Chicago born and then raised. Chicago, in general, has the best food in America. So, when I moved down here in STL 10 years ago I damn near died! No more 4 piece dark Harold's "Chicken with the Mild Sauce"? No more Portillo's "Italian Beefs" dipped extra with the hot peppers? No more Home Runn Inn "Pizza"?If you ain't from Chicago you have no idea or the taste-buds to understand how happy it is to see one of the Chicago's classics set up shop in the Lou!

The chicken livers I had WERE cold And had no seasoning to them at allI walked maybe two minutes to get to my car they were not fresh the fries were super rock hard The cashier was not customer friendly at all no customer sensitivity at all

Chicken is okay…. Not worth the drive. Mack’s in the county is better by a long shot. Church’s is honestly better. But the caramel cake is here is top tier!! The cake alone is worth 5 stars but it’s nots Harold’s cake it’s Harold’s chicken. The cake is way better than Natalie's and ANY other caramel cake around the city !!

What had happened was....somebody lost Hilda's recipe on Sunday 11/28/21 and used their own. I just can't understand why people, beyond sad, I'm truly heartbroken. Old grease was the only thing I tasted.

First time trying and I'm highly disappointed, 13 bucks for 1 jack and 3 wing. Not only are they taxing , its the extra change for debit usage for me, Giving very much robbery!!! i was better off going to Schuncks, Fish&chicken or Arabs. Im STILL HUNGRY !!!!! wth!!!

PROFESSIONAL BEAUTIFUL HARDWORKING LADIES FROM WHAT IVE EXPERIENCED. OH, I CANT LEAVE THE GENTLEMAN OUT BECAUSE THEY KEEP THE PLACE AND THE OUTSIDE GROUNDS CLEAN AS WELL. FRESH, HOT & TASTY. THOSE WHO SAYING NOT ENUFF SAUCE LOL ALL U GOTTA SAY IS HEAVY ON IT, TRUST ME YOU’LL GET IT. I LOVE MY MINES VERY LIGHT AND COOKED HARD AND I GET IT EVERY SINGLE TIME!
