Joshua and his team couldn’t be any more accommodating. The very popular hangout serves a tongue in cheek menu fit for a read aloud. Food was spot on delicious. And big s/o to Jordan! Thank you.

Great spot and delicious food, just took them almost an hour to get us our food even though they weren't that busy. Will be coming back!

My friend and I do brunch and nails once a month and Hatch'd is our go-to brunch spot. The food is always fantastic, service is awesome. We've had a little bit of everything and it has always been great! The specialty pancake is a must as is getting on the waitlist early. The owner is always there stopping by tables to bring refills or just check in, he is delightful and we so enjoy our visits there. Keep up the phenomenal work, Hatch'd team!!

Visiting St. Louis from Indianapolis for my husband’s 40th birthday and decided to try this place out for breakfast! Everything from beginning to end was absolutely incredible! Jackson was the host at the time we visited and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great first time experience! The atmosphere was cozy, customer service was on point and the food was delicious and not overpriced either! We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Food was AMAZING! Arrived just before 7am on a Saturday, there was a line out the door before they even opened. The owner was a bit overwhelmed by the love for this restaurant but handled it extremely well. Very sweet guy. Said this was the first time in 3 years of business that it’s happened. Congrats on amazing food and a line out the door! You’re going a lot of things right. High quality food. Server was a bit slow, but otherwise things were amazing. I’d definitely come back and support this business, you should too! Pictured is The Cardinal (no toast-they didn’t have gluten free).

We are new to the Lou and Hatch'd is quite possibly the best brunch I've had in years. YEARS! The food was exceptional, everything we ordered (Pavo de Pablo omelet, one of their skillets, a s'mores waffle, granola&yogurt) blew our expectations. The owner and the servers were prompt, even on a busy morning like today. They are also definitely kid friendly. Huge thank you to the owner for being so understanding and accommodating. Will definitely be going back soon!
This was our best experience in St. Louis by far, our server was very sweet and the food was delicious. At the end the owner personally thanked us for coming in and that was the cherry on top. We will definitely be coming back here every time we are in St.

2/1/25. First visit. Forget the heart symbol; this place, hatch'd STL, is the icon for love! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere is a resounding welcome. You can feel it in the air. When the host greeted our party, it was more than getting our name and number for a seat. Our host was engaged in our visit. I missed his name but I won't forget his face for our next visit. The seating is arranged in a manner that makes the most of the space while allowing enough room between you and the table. As we are seated. I hear the humming of conversations all around us, yet not with detail of another's conversation and not interrupting our party. Our server, Brad, is outstanding. He gives descriptions of the menu choices that make it hard to choose, but that is a plus. It makes all the choices a good one. The teamwork of the staff appears like a well-oiled machine. I witnessed staff picking up finished plates with customers at tables and offering refills in addition to the servers. Our table is visited by the owner(s) engaged in our experience. I noticed that other tables were also visited by the owner(s). It is great to put a face to the passion of the place. It is wonderful to know you will see management even when there isn't an issue. From a consumer perspective, this is showing appreciation and care toward customers. Information was leaked during my visit of my birthday so another staff member brought me a special birthday pancake. I did have a taste of my pancake after my meal and took the rest home. It was devoured like a decadent dessert. For my meal, I ordered the biscuits and gravy with bacon, eggs, and fruit. (I replaced the choice of hash browns or grits with fresh fruit because I was attempting to balance out carbs)All hot food was freshly cooked, and the fruit was incredibly fresh. The biscuits were thick, fluffy, soft, and tasted as if they were fresh from the oven. The gravy is unlike any gravy I've ever had. It was the perfect consistency and quite flavorful mixed with sausage. The bacon was cooked to perfection. The eggs cooked as requested and garnished to add a special touch. I highly recommend your next breakfast, lunch, or brunch outing be held at hatch'd STL.

This was only my second time here and can I just say, this place IS AMAZING!! I am in love with the biscuits and gravy (BEST I’ve EVER EVER had!!) and the staff. I honestly have never had such wonderful people be so attentive to all of our needs at a brunch place. It’s just incredible to feel so seen and loved and cared for! And even Paul the co-owner/chef remembered me from my only other visit here, like 8 months ago!! Do yourself a favor and get your butt in one of their seats. You’re in for a treat!! 💗
Dietary restrictions: So so accommodating for my food allergies! So freeing to come here to eat and not worry.
Parking: Parking in lot across street.

Where do I begin… so wifey and I decide to try this new breakfast spot and thankfully, due to past experience, made sure to secure a spot on the waitlist which was already over an hour at around 8:55 am on a Sunday (already a great sign). We make it in time to be greeted by a kind and attentive host. We then were seated and our awesome waitress, Wren, got us started with some of the best coffee we’ve had in a minute. Looking at the menu, we decided on “The Cardinal” Skillet and the BYO Omelet with dessert as the “Blue, Your My Boy”. Both dishes came at a good time and satisfied our cravings but the pièce de résistance was the “Blue, Your My Boy” plate sized pancake (yes it is plate sized and it’s very big plate). That pancake was perfectly balanced between sweet and tart. Speaking of sweet, the owner, Joshua, came out to speak with us and was very personable and made us feel like regulars…which will likely now be the case. To end this love note, a big thank you to the host, Wren our waitress, the cooks/food staff that absolutely blew us away, and Joshua the owner who made our dining experience complete!
