Ate breakfast there this morning and had the Nachostadas which are seriously one of the best things I ever had for breakfast. The wife had a avacado toast with grits. She loved both and I tried the grits which were amazing! We will definitely be going back...many times! Oh and the owner came by and spoke with us and he was very nice and truly appreciative we were there to eat.

Hatch'd STL is awesome. All our breakfasts were great. My chorizo omelet was outstanding and the hash browns were cooked to perfection. Family friendly.

My husband and I met up with my brother and sister-in-law here for breakfast, and it was a delight! Top notch service from our waiter, Patrick, and truly delicious food. I got coffee and the Pike Market omelet, which was the perfect dish for this pescatarian. My husband got one of the skillet dishes and devoured it. I’ve forgotten what my brother ordered but my sister-in-law got the veggie omelet with hashbrowns and enjoyed hers. We had a terrific breakfast here and probably overstayed our welcome, but we were having such a delightful time catching up, and just enjoying the ambiance that it was tough to leave. Highly recommend this place for breakfast or brunch!

We came with a group over 5. The seating was tight and cozy, service was good and attentive. The owner even stopped by and had a short convo with us and complimented our smiles. I ordered the chicken and waffles. Fresh made to order waffles, plate size, crunchy and soft. It came with bacon maple syrup,I really didn't taste the bacon but was intrigued it was on the menu. Sriracha chicken breast, the chicken breast I think is pre made and frozen,it was tender but was hoping it was a fresh batter and fried chicken breast. For me the chicken was spicy until I added the bacon maple syrup and it evenes it out, which I liked. I got hasbrowns and added eggs. The harsh browns were a lil then and too crispy for me,I would have like more fluff of the hash brown and lil crunchy on top but everyone likes them different, still good. I got over easy eggs and had to send back because no one gets them right, they did them perfectly in the second round! I also got a glass of pineapple juice and it was $6 which I wasn't happy about at all because I'm sure it came from a can which I'm fine with but not worth $6 to me. Overall I had a good experience and the food was good and fresh!

First time here, came pretty late in the day. The food was the best breakfast we've had. The basil lemonade was delicious, would highly recommend trying it.

I had a simple scrambled eggs build your own set and my husband got the California King burrito. Everything was wonderful and full of flavor.

Even the owner came and talked to us. He was very nice and personable, made us feel very welcome.

So glad we found this gem in STL while we were in town today. There was a wait, which we expected, but we quickly found a spot at the bar. Service was great and the food was wonderful. Coffee was perfect. The strawberry French toast is to die for. My husband had the pastrami omelette and loved it. Was nice to meet and chat with the owner, Joshua, who was super friendly. Great breakfast spot! Can’t wait to go back next time we are in town!
