The guy that took my order was bland and dry. Not customer friendly. Got fried cauliflower the dude fixing it sneezed without covering his mouth and looked up to see if I saw him, just nasty.

A guy that was heavy set with glasses was extremely rude and I wanted to change my mind about the order I placed because of how much of a jerk he was but, I kept it. I lost my appetite by then but, I'm saying this to say there are silent customers that go unheard and I was one of them who is often asked about this place of business. Some of our silences speak volumes and that goes a long way. Please treat people the way you would want to be treated because we work hard for the money we put into your businesses and still looked at in disgust or treated like scum. That day I regretted every penny I spent there. It's exhausting to cook for a family being a mother of 7 everyday and that day I just needed a little break but, I know God's love gives me the strength and he guides my hands everytime my children eat a meal filled with love. I am thankful my experience with this business brought me closer to my family and taught me to love better because we know now how we don't want to be treated.
My family and I went to 9 miles to watch Minecraft. Highly recommend Big Kahuna (best seller on menu)at Kanoa’s Hawaiian Grill. It’s well worth the money. Our 19 year old special needs son is a very picky eater, sensory issues. Shockingly he tried the Shoyu and Bque Chicken and liked it too. Can’t wait to have it again
We were in the area and decided to order golden chicken wings and fries from the place today. This is the first and last time. As can be seen from the picture, the wings are burnt, salty, and inedible; If you choose to order from here, check your food before you leave. I do not recommend spending your money here.

Kanoa’s is the spot if you’re looking for traditional Hawaiian cuisine! I traveled from Illinois to Clayton because I heard so many good things! Have family and went to college in Hawai’i. The food was soooo good! So much flavor! Brought back memories fasho. Definitely recommend!!! So ono and much mahaloz to Kanoa & the ohana! 🤙🏼
I tried this for the first time today. Food was good. I got the Teriyaki Chicken meal. Meat was so tender. I like the macaroni salad and the mini pineapple upside down cake! Highly recommended! Mahalo, Chastin and Lindsay! 😀❤️🍴🏝️
SUPER delicious and authentic food and very sweet owners. So much love and care is put into every bite. Highly recommend…amazing!!

Phone ordering is horrible the guy barely spoke english and I asked him what type of fish he had there he said he dont know and stop talking to me. Had to hang up and go somewhere else. These guys are not professional in they're work, i dont trust them, would not order from their again

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing food and great people! Teriyaki beef with homemade sauce and the macaroni salad was fantastic!
Food is always hot and fresh! Love the chicken breast. But they got that OG kool-aid from when you were a child!!!! 4 flavors, but grape and Blue Raz, are the ones I'm after! The perfect sweetness!!!! I'm addicted!!!
