Very sad to say that Helen's has experienced a long continued decline. Much sadder to feel the need to leave such a review. What was once a staple of SoCo can only rest on its name for so long. The waitstaff is frequently left to apologize and overcompensate for lackluster and absent management. Even at slow times you are better off calling in your beer order before leaving your driveway if you want it to arrive anytime soon. The manager's on duty appear more interested in the game on TV than coordinating the floor and would sooner disappear in the ether like the Wizard of Oz than be a bar back. Accountability starts at the top.

Family hotspot to enjoy awesome food and service always! If in area stop in and enjoy variety of foods they offer. Best part prices very reasonable!

This is actually a really nice pub to watch sports or take in some live music. The bartender was excellent, making me a awesome Old Fashion that was amazing! Seems like the place to be when your game is on , so I will be returning, thanks.

Awesome place for live bands. Great stage , lighting and sound ! Usually a small cover but understandable. Everything I have ever ordered and eaten has been fabulous. Get a Salad as one of your sides! It's huge and delicious.... The pizza and wings are both famous...you can't go wrong.

We visited here while in town for a wedding. The service and food were great! I ordered the corned beef and cabbage and my husband ordered the Shepherd's pie and both were amazing!

The band that was playing on 12/19 kinda ruined the night. I was deaf for 1 hour after walking out of that place. Felt I was surrounded by old folks from retirement home night out.

Lovely place to enjoy fine beer and tasty food. The portions felt a bit small for the price, but the dishes were tasty. I liked the vibe as well, though the outdoor seating is less suited for winter. Great options for draft beer and some German food.
