Firstly I would like to say that portion wise these were the best poke bowls I have had. There is a decent amount of toppings and the fish was super clean and fresh. I have one issue though which absolutely affected my food. The rice in my bowl , which I only got because they were out of mixed greens, was extremely hot and fresh from the rice cooker. This led to extremely warm raw tuna and salmon, and made my dish unpalatable until I brought it home and gave it some freezer time. Warm rice can create bacteria which is sushi’s #1 gamble. Overall it was decent but please COOL DOWN THE RICE!!!!!!

I was hesitant to go here. Raw fish from a food court didn't sound safe.

Tried them out today and it was pretty good. I didn't like them putting the raw fish on steaming hot rice, but other than that I was impressed.

The food is easy to customize. I saw the cashier using separate gloves for each bowl. Variety of add ins, toppings, and proteins. They were able the answer any questions guests had as well.

Two people in front of me and it took less than 15 minutes from getting in line to sitting down with my food.

The salmon tasted fresh and so did all of the produce I added to my bowl.
The price is a little high, but I did leave full and satisfied after their Regular sized bowl.

This was a great tasty lunch on a hot day and was reminiscent of sushi in a bowl.

I'd visit here again.

We had lunch here yesterday, and it completely ruined the rest of our trip. My wife ordered a poke bowl and became severely ill just a few hours later – nonstop nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. It was her only meal of the day, and symptoms started about 5–6 hours afterward, which strongly points to classic food poisoning caused by mishandled rice (Bacillus cereus is a common culprit).

I had a few bites (without the rice) and stayed completely fine – the difference was obvious.

To make matters worse, the service was disorganized. There were three employees behind the counter, but none of them seemed capable of preparing a fresh mango when it ran out. We were told it wasn’t available – simply because no one could peel and cut a new one.

Not only was this disappointing, it also shows a lack of basic training and attention to detail – which likely extends to how ingredients are stored and handled.

This was an extremely unpleasant experience and ruined our final night in St. Louis, leaving us worried about whether my wife would even be fit to fly home.

This is a serious food safety issue, and I sincerely hope the management takes it seriously. Until there’s a clear improvement in hygiene and staff training, I absolutely would not recommend eating here.

I have never met an employee of a poke restaurant that was so confused as to how to make a simple order of putting food into a bowl. The food is mid, they dumped a massive amount of sauce on the bowl. It turned into slop. It wasn't even food anymore.
The kid that checked me out at the counter was rude.
Their whole system is very strange, unsavory, rude, and I won't come back.

A great quick service option in the foundry. Got a large bowl with ahi tuna & salmon with a bunch of the fixings. Price for the bowl was about $22 (with tip) but was extremely fresh & filling. The server was kind as well! Only giving four stars because I've been there on three separate occasions, and they are consistently out of a few items.

Perfect portion size you just really choose the amount of protein. Great flavor, freshness, and kind service.

Staff were rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. The lady who took my order would’ve rather been on her phone than doing her job. Ignored several potential customers. Rice was also well over cooked. The rest of the bowl was fine.

Quality of Tofu was terrible. Sauces were mediocre at best. Onion string topper seemed stale. I couldn't even finish my food it was so bad.

Absolutely great, gave me a little extra because we both worked at The Foundry.

The Hello Poke Bowl's Hawaiian-style bowls are absolutely fantastic! The raw fish was incredibly fresh and flavorful, perfectly complemented by the delicious toppings and sauces. It's a true taste of Hawaii in every bite can't wait to come back for more!

We were here at 1:40 pm today 10/08/24. I walked up and the only employee at the counter was on her phone. I waited for a minute. I waited for another minute and a half. She finally looked up, acted annoyed and said what do you want? I said a Poké bowl start with lettuce. She started slamming things around. I said are you having a bad day and she said no, Why with her nose up like I was stupid. I said because you act angry at me and she said well you were just staring at me. I said oh I am your customer I was waiting to be helped, and she proceeded to be rude and I walked away. We drove from 3 hours away to do the Zoo and the City Foundry. Management at hello Poke missed out on 2 adults eating there.
