The Hello Poke Bowl's Hawaiian-style bowls are absolutely fantastic! The raw fish was incredibly fresh and flavorful, perfectly complemented by the delicious toppings and sauces. It's a true taste of Hawaii in every bite can't wait to come back for more!

We were here at 1:40 pm today 10/08/24. I walked up and the only employee at the counter was on her phone. I waited for a minute. I waited for another minute and a half. She finally looked up, acted annoyed and said what do you want? I said a Poké bowl start with lettuce. She started slamming things around. I said are you having a bad day and she said no, Why with her nose up like I was stupid. I said because you act angry at me and she said well you were just staring at me. I said oh I am your customer I was waiting to be helped, and she proceeded to be rude and I walked away. We drove from 3 hours away to do the Zoo and the City Foundry. Management at hello Poke missed out on 2 adults eating there.

Absolutely the worst service ever on 8/14/24 at 1:00 pm. The female working was hateful and rude. I should have canceled my order based on that alone. The food was mediocre and definitely not worth the $20 spent for tuna poke.

First time trying poke. I loved it!
The portion was great and I liked how I could choose from so many toppings.

Great food but kind of hard to eat with a fork. Get some spoons! Took me like an hour to eat rice with a fork.

Delicious lunch! I had the ahi tuna on mixed greens with edamame, cucumbers, cilantro, & avocado with spicy mayo & sesame seeds. The tuna was excellent quality. Will definitely eat here again.

A trainee took care of me with no trainer in site. Took forever to make my bowl, wasn’t totally 100% on what the ingredients were (was confused when I asked for furikake), tried to give me the warm display cola, and then wasn’t sure how to cash me out, and asked me to wait 5 minutes to pay. Not his fault as he didn’t know what he was doing but why did they leave him on his own??? Made no sense. Train your employees!!! Food was okay. Not worth $20 but not terrible.

The food at this place is good. I have eaten here a handful of time but the service/ staff has a lot of improvement needed. I ate here about 1pm on 1/1/24. I stood there waiting for someone to come out of the back only to find a person sitting on their phone behind the counter. I asked her if she could help me and she asked with not the friendliest tone- Oh, are you ready now? She was pretty unpleasant through the whole experience. When I got back to my table, another person I was dining with mentioned they wanted to try Hello Poke but the person was so unfriendly and unavailable, they chose a different place to eat. The Foundry has a lot of options. Knowing these are all local places, I will be choosing a different spot next time that I will feel better about supporting.

On my inaugural visit to the Foundry, I was drawn to Hello Poke amidst a sea of food options. I chose the chicken and brown rice bowl adorned with a medley of toppings with teriyaki sauce, which proved to be a flavorful choice. Complemented by the welcoming staff, the experience was a pleasant one.

Great Poke spot, unfortunately it is a 45 min drive from OFallon or we would go here more frequently.
