We have been to Hi Pointe in Edwardsville IL several times. We know what to expect from this restaurant. We visited the one in St Louis on Wash Ave. Disgusting!!! Two burgers and one turkey club. All bread was dripping in grease and soggy. The lettuce and tomato on all was mushy and gross. Sandwiches all tasted rotten and full of grease. Fries soggy. The only thing that was edible were our drinks which we prepared ourselves. Total waste of $50. Do not eat here!!!
I was on lunch break was told food would be done in 10 minutes. waited 30. got back to work very late. To top it off the food was disgusting. I'm not sure if there was even a burger patty provided. what was om the sandwich was an over abundance of mayo and mustard like I guess I ordered a mustard and mayo sandwich. It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. A REFUND IS WANTED. 27 DOLLARS...read full review
20 minutes to get food. Also super dirty tables not clean trash all over the floor and floors so sticky you can feel your shoes peeling off of it.
