Wanted a quit little lounge to enjoy a drink. Atmosphere was exactly what I was after and the server was nice. Ordered an old fashioned. Was probably the worst one I’ve ever had! No large ice cube (just random small/crushed ice), watered down, improperly balanced, and tasted truly awful.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet. Valet parking service was excellent. Fantastic roof top bar. Nice lobby. Across the street from cardinals baseball village makes this an excellent location for baseball fans.

Don’t stay here!! That’s it… The rest you will find out if you do! This place is a sh.., , t hole!. I would give them a zero if I could but if you stay here you will be sorry. Food is awful .. beds are like park benches and the water pressure is like taking a shower in a bird feeder

We stayed here for a wedding and used the valet parking. I got a notice from my hidden AirTag that my vehicle moved at 2:36 am (while I was sleeping) to the Old Courthouse and back to the hotel. When we picked up our car it reeked of smoke. We contacted the hotel security and they said they reviewed the footage and our car didn’t leave the parking ramp. Which I know is BS. So I did the online complaint to corporate. I got an email back saying they didn’t have anything to do with it. The hotel called me and said the head of security would call me after they went over footage but no one has contacted me since. I will never stay here again and I stay in St. Louis a lot.

Day 1 - Digital key did not work. called down to front desk, and was told I would have to wait behind the 100 plus people in line to get a regular key. Once I asked for the manager, I was told they would bring one up. Person that delivered the key told me all properties were having this problem. Day 2 - No ice. Went to two floors, ice machines did not work. Called front desk, was told none of the machines were working and I had to find my own ice. Asked why my room was not cleaned since I provided notice. Staff said they would get it done. Day 3 still no cleaning service. Finally, someone got the room cleaned after I bitched again. Wi_fi did not work. Tried several times, called front desk, they said it was working, but mine was not. Tried three different computers. I am a security expert so yes, I know what I am doing. General: Rooms are dated and have a dirty appearance. Rug was damp when we checked in. I have stayed at this property more than once, so I can compare. Really gone down hill. Finally, the day we checked out two management staff were there when I went down to try and get ice (I had medication that had to be kept cold), one of the managers got me a nice package of ice and apologized. Said he was not aware the ice machines were not working. Will not stay here again and will make sure I pass on my experience whenever possible. I am a road warrior and have traveled to 100 countries, staying at everything from a $45/night flee bag in Wisconsin to a $1000 /night room in Singapore. This is by far, my worst experience ever. TRAIN YOUR STAFF the customer pays their salaries and customer service is not just a thing, it is the ONLY thing.

We chose this hotel based on its location as we were in the city to watch the Yankees play the Cardinals. Everyone at check in was very friendly. Where things went downhill was the dining. After the baseball game we went to the restaurant. We waited 15 minutes to be seated. 15 minutes to have our order taken. Then waited 1.5 hours and no food. We watched people seated after us get food in 20 minutes. When speaking with our waitress she told us our food would be out soon. We got up and left after 1.5 hours. The next evening I called guest services to be put through to the restaurant as we thought we would attempt carry out for supper. The person told me they googled the restaurant name and couldn’t find it. I said it is the restaurant in the hotel near the desk you are at. Got put through and the phone rang and rang. So we walked down to the restaurant to place a carry out order in person only to be told they were having troubles and the restaurant was closed. This was at like 7pm. Apparently the front desk has know clue as to what is happening around them. Would stay there again for convenience but don’t plan on eating there. Imos Pizza delivers and they did a great job!!

I was unhappy that I wasn’t told blast not included and waitress did not give menu so rhought it was included. Parking 45 dollars ridiculous as you had to go get your own car parking 30 on your own would have gotten but told we had to walk a long way which was mot the case.

I was honestly anxious after reading recent reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. This is an older property and caters to baseball fans, but I had no real issues with my room. I was in Room 506 which has a great view of the Arch. I love a high floor, but didn't miss it with this great view. The room was large and comfortable with all the amenities, including a mini fridge. The bed deserves extra mentions as it's super comfy. I want to highlight Front Desk agent Rebecca who came to my rescue after I slipped on water in the bathroom. She went above and beyond by bringing me compression bandages. The roofer bar - 360 - is popular, meaning it was really crowded. It was loud and service was adequate, although the views were excellent. I'd love to try it on a s l o w day! Meeting facilities were fine, although there was a TON of noise bleed among salons. Conference food was okay.

The only positive of this hotel is location. It was great to walk across the street to the ball game. The game was great. Back a the hotel was far less than that experience. Beware the hotel has very small and few elevators. After the game , you stand in line for 20 to thirty minutes to get to your room. We decided to go to the resturant on the property. We were guided to a table, given a menu. We sat for twenty five minutes, no one returned for our order. We observed food being brought out of the kitchen, being sat on a tray to be taken to tables. Two cheeseburgers sat there for at least 10 minutes. This is a small place, a gentleman wanting a seat, asked us if we were done. Our response was "Good Luck" we have been here for twenty minutes and never was waited on, As we were leaving, we told the waitress this. Her only response was " I am sorry" We then went to the front desk staff stating our concerns. They had a deer in the headlights look responding " We are sorry." Don't expect food there, , the vending machines have only soda, no other snacks, The staff told us that. The bed had wrinkle sheets, , looked almost unmade. The shower bathtub combo had very visible mold. The bottom of the bath tub had deep gashes in it with some red substance. Was it blood? We only showered afraid to use the tub. The valet parking gentlemen were the only positive staff we noted. They were polite and gave great driving directions. We are frequent travelers. This hotel was far believe the majority we have stayed at. If you want the ease of walking to the ballpark, stay there. But, buyer beward

We stayed here this week because we had tickets to a Cardinals game. We were pleasantly greet with the smell of sewage when entering the hotel. Fine-it’s a city, that happens. Room was fine. Imagine my surprise when I awake the next morning to a maid in my room at 8:50 am. My three small children, my husband and I were all soundly asleep, knowing check out was at 11. I yelled at her “isn’t check out at 11?” And she replied, “early check.” I’m sorry, what? I cannot tell you how UNSAFE this made me feel knowing a stranger was in my room with my sleeping children. I contacted the manager of the hotel and was told she was in a meeting and that she would call me. That has still yet to happen. It is absolutely unacceptable for hotel staff to enter a room during a guest’s visit, but especially at a time when you know they will be asleep! I will NEVER return to this hotel based on the lack of communication from management about this issue. Upon reading other reviews, I found similar posts from visitors saying maids were cleaning rooms at 9am. It’s a poor, unsafe practice. My young children were scared that someone was in our room, and frankly, so was I! Hilton at the Ballpark needs to do better. This is a management fail-they know maids are trying to clean rooms before 9 when check out is 11.

The bar was nice, food was really good but our server had a personality of a rock, almost rude, short with us and snotty to questions that were asked regarding the menu. He should not be in customer service with an attitude like that. I work in a restaurant myself and he would be fired. Servers name was Genci.

Matt was GREAT! He was working the bar when I went. I didn’t know what I wanted and they didn’t have a menu so he just made me something. It was an amazing drink just what I was looking for! And he was having great conversation with us, really good experience.

When we arrived on a Sunday morning to store our bags prior to going to the baseball game, the first thing I saw in the lobby was the Cardinal mascot Fredbird. I knew then that we had picked the right place. The hotel is across the street from the ballpark and from our room you looked directly over the outfield and the village area. The room itself was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly. The room, halls, lobby, and most public spaces have great Cardinals memorabilia and photographs on display. The location is perfect for visiting the ballpark, the village, the arch, and downtown area. I really hope to go back to St. Louis, and if I do, this hotel would be my first choice.

Came here with some friends on. Saturday, 29th August. Fantastic knowledgeable service. Reasonable price. We had cocktails and they were pretty amazing. Highly recommended!

The waitress at the Hilton Bar,also serving Imos, did a great job. The food preparers, not so good. The SALAD with the toasted raviolis was over salted to the point I swelled up like a balloon!! No joke!! 6 hours later and im still SICK!!
